The staff is very friendly and the location at 2 minutes walk to the most of the monuments. The beds are comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend the property. Would recommend and definetly book again.

Breakfast, staff, comfort and location and value for money

Breakfast was prepared every morning, the woman was super nice making you eggs and coffee in the morning! The owner was super helpful with everything as well! So comfy and in the heart of Istanbul everyone around is super nice and friendly.

The hotel is located very near Arasta Bazaar and the Blue Mosque so that the city centre and most sights are within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was simply superb, one of the best, 5-star. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast is served on roof terras with a sea view. This hotel does not really have a lobby or reception, but someone from the team is always around, and the owner was super helpful and friendly. Quite honestly, I was somewhat concerned about some critical reviews. I understand the disappointment of people expecting some posh hotel and then not being able to take selfies in a marble foyer. Have they checked how much they paid? I find the hotel extremely good value and am happy to have found it.

Noisy restaurant next door with loud music seemingly 24/7. Soundproofing does a decent job, though. Breakfast is simple. No elevator (but a strong owner who gladly took our suitcases to the rooms). Some maintenance issues.

Our room had everything we needed, a fridge, a clima and other stuff, nothing fancy but the basics. Also the bed was made again every day and we recieved new towels everyday. The Staff was also friendly.

What a place the best place I've stayed in in Istanbul. Really close to Blue mosque and Haga Sophia. The owners especially Hakan what a guy so helpful and friendly couldn't have made us more welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They also have a shop underneath and have everything their you'd need so convenient. They offer the cheapest transfer from the Airport everyone was charging 45 to 50 euros They only charged us 35 and if you book return only 70 euros. They have a terrace with kitchen which they don't mind you using . The rooms are excellent such good quality beds and ample wardrobe also all rooms have AC

Nothing at all everything was brilliant

The owners are very nice people. We specially liked the hot spring rolls they serve in the morning. Location is not very far from Sultanhmet metro station and the hagia sofia.

Every thing was great .hotal near the facilities ,there are alot history place near from it ,shops and restaurant surround from it .hotal stuff were very kind and helpful

Breakfast was tasty and the view from the balcony was amazing. The host was very gracious and helpful. The room and bathroom both were extremely clean.

The room had extra bed which made it look a bit small.

Very well situated, lovely team (family like atmosphere), felt at home. Clean and practical. Will highly recommend
