The location is great. you can reach major sites on foot. the staff is incredibly friendly. As a solo traveller, I had my dinner every evening at the great roof resto. Good food and exceptional staff, they were all so nice and friendly, like Melih, Bahram , Cogman and also the smiley and helpful chef, the porter, the staff at the reception etc. they ALL made my stay very special. I am grateful to these wonderful ppl who really work with a passion.

My room needs terribly an upgrade,especially the shower. the sink had cracks in it and the toilet seemed very old. Also, the cleaning of the rooms could be improved and don't hand in a torn towel and if the guest puts it on the floor, once and 2x, it means she,wants to get rid of it. nevertheless, at my check-out I mention these issues and they were sorry and promised to make it better next time around.

The hotel is located in an amazing location, so many attractions close and also a very nice view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace. 15 min walk to the tram station and to Hagia Sofia and Topkapi as well.

We had booked 2 hotel rooms, very good in general. One issue we had was with the hairdryer in one of the rooms ( not working ) and also the shower head difficult to turn on. However we didn’t mention this to the hotel stuff otherwise something might have been done. We also had a slight communication about breakfast which the hotel claimed we didn’t pay for but it was fixed as well. I would recommend clearing everything up with the hotel staff as soon as you arrive to avoid any miscommunications.

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, a tiny (adjacent) room with a bed - a nice surprise. (I had booked the room for 3, to make sure my friend and I get TWO separate beds - we got THREE beds ....see the second part, though...) Small cozy garden in the middle of a big city - a bonus! Transfer back to the airport happened as promised (although initially my friend and I had some doubts)

Front desk staff spoke almost no English. Towels were replaced daily, but the floors were not washed. Sink drained poorly. Also, I asked to remove an extra bed from the room, and they promised they would, but it never happened. Breakfast could be better

Turkish Airlines had canceled a flight on me so I was to arrive in Istanbul a day later than planned. My other hotel fell through as they couldn't change dates... but I found this one at a similar price. This hotel is located very close to Sultanahmet and there are many, many hotels in this part of the city. It is within walking distance of the Sultanahmet tram station on the T1. I thought my bed was huge... and the room was comfortable. Perhaps the hotel's biggest selling points were a huge, buffet breakfast... and then a "Teras" (Terrace) on the top floor from which one had a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque and, at another angle, a view onto some water down towards the Bosphorus. I enjoyed a refreshing beer up on that terrace and soaked in the pretty views. The staff were courteous and helpful.

There was a little bit of confusion about whether or not I had paid already. I believe that I had (through booking.com). I think the fellow was slightly flustered about trying to be diplomatic with a guest who wasn't paying the taxi driver in full (so I realize that he was "distracted" with another issue occurring.) Everything worked out so no complaints.

I liked everything about the hotel. I did have to leave on the last day of Ramadan and because the hotel is right next to the Blue mosque, the was a traffic jam and took 3 hrs to get out of it. Lucky I had booked the shuttle for earlier, so didn’t miss my flight. more information should be available to tourist at hotel regarding this and also about the public bus shuttle to the airport from Taksim square as alternative.. it’s cheaper and also faster.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Excellent location at walking distance from Blue Mosque, visible from their terrace restaurant. Especially enjoyable was the attached structured (Sarnic Spa & Wellness) where we had a wonderful time with the sauna, bath and massage.

The recommended boat tour (Dining with show) was not of our liking. It's not bad, but we later learned that the cost is half of what we paid. Now, that's not a problem, it's ok for the hotel to get a commissions, but the experience was not worth the price in our opinion. We expected a more private experience, but you'll be on a big table with other guests. The food was really average. The show is in the middle of the dining room, so if you are on a table far away you won't be able to see anything. In short, it could have been better but certainly not worth what we invested.

I stayed for 6 nights and they only changed the bins and the towels(which I didn't need changing everyday). I would have assumed that at least the bathroom will be cleaned every other day and mop the floor. Another pillow would have been great( I didn't ask for one)

The property was ideally located just at the edge of the Arasta Bazaar. Tourist attractions and food options were a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The toilet had no toiletries which are quite standard for a hotel directed towards tourists. Nobody carries toiletries whilst travelling so that was a bit of a let down.

Overall, this place was nice. It is situated in the heart of Istanbul. All the tourist attractions are easily reachable from there. Most of the attractions around there can be easily reachable on foot. The staff was also very friendly.

The only thing I did not like is that they don't take the payment automatically from your account, which you have provided during booking. Instead, they ask you to pay cash or pay using credit card at the property.
