I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying its ideal location between the Galata Bridge and the famous Hagia Sophia. The hotel is clean and offers good value, like a nice three or four-star place. What really stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff, especially the evening team. They always had smiles and asked about what I needed, making my stay even better. The breakfast is okay, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. I was satisfied, and unfortunately, I forgot the names of the young polite workers, especially at night, with their delightful smiles. I would like to thank them all.

The area is bustling day and night, and tram traffic operates from 07:00 to midnight, I ment to say isolation is not the best. Even though the road to the hotel entrance might be challenging or may be even impossible for taxi drivers, it didn't bother me as I had only a small bag. I waited to be picked up at the train station intersection, just 150 meters away.

I did my homework and am thankful for the reviews people leave. My Dream Hotel Istanbul is in an excellent location. It's near to the subway (it is like following an etch a sketch to get to the hotel but once you've walked around a bit you realize, that's Istanbul!); there are wonderful restaurants everywhere and shops of every kind, whichever way you walk. The staff are lovely. They are friendly and can't do enough for you. We asked for extra pillows and they were at the door in 2 minutes. Every time we go out they speak to us, ask us if things are ok. The breakfast room on the 7th floor is wonderful. The breakfast itself is fantastic!! Even the housekeeping lady is so friendly and does up the room beautifully. We were both surprised at how comfortable the bed was. At home we have a foam on top of half the mattress bc one of us needs softer and the other firmer. I sound like I'm an advertiser - haha. I'm not. We are just really happy that we chose to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that we thought was going to be a problem is we look out on the tram, which goes by quite often. It really hasn't been an issue, at all. Not ringing bells or anything. And really very few sirens, on the issue of city noise.

Service and staff were so kind, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is excellent.

Note that the hotel is on a tram line and taxies cannot access directly. The hotel staff were very helpful with this and directed our shuttle to the closest location, and also helped us with our bags.

best things about it are the helpful reception staff and the location being an uphill walking distance from many attractions and shops. Also a shirt walk to the bridge that crosses to the northern European side. walking across the bridge and on the boardwalk is very nice.

cleaning staff were inconsistent, the location is on a narrow street across from the tram making it hard for cars to park at the door unless it’s early morning. that makes it difficult for people with some luggage. the tram makes noise except for the hours 12am to 5am. the breakfast has little turkish style options, and disappointing scrambled eggs. Do not bring a baby to this area as the Roman sidewalks make it hard to push a stroller, sidewalks are also narrow and crowded

Everything was great, great location, walking distance of all main attractions and the blue mosque, near all restaurants and on a tram line which is very convenient. The staff at the hotel is exceptional Mesut, small and big Mehmet, Ertan, (Ertu 😊) Murad and Sadik were all amazing. Every time you needed guidance or directions they helped down to the last detail. They exceeded our expectations and went over and above with everything. The breakfast was amazing and a huge spread with amazing views of Istanbul. The hotel was clean and amazing. If you reading the reviews trying to decide on a hotel choice. Take this hotel. You won't be sorry. We arrived as guests but left as family. We will definitely be back soon InshAllah

I highly recommend this hotel . the rooms were comfortable for a city centre hotel . we had a baby crib inside and still a lot of space . the staff is very friendly and ready to help 24/7 . for us , the blonde guy Ertan was super helpful . he even gave me hot water to take with me for my baby’s formula , he helped with our luggages, always smiling and polite. the room was always tided up. breakfast was good. a lot of options for us adults and my 1 year old. I asked for a quite room and I got it . the guys cleaning the rooms are very friendly and smiling . the lady in the restaurant very polite . all the guys at the reception are very helpful. they gave us small gifts after checking out , we appreciated that . in general we are very satisfied and will come back for sure .

Absolutely amazing property! Was given a free room upgrade upon arrival, staff were attentive, respectful and incredibly professional at all times, ready to assist with any questions I may have. Hotel location was optimal for visiting the main tourist locations and accessing the Marmaray, Metro and tram systems to traverse the city. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you so much for making my stay such a pleasure and I will be back for sure! Amazing breakfast also.

Fabulous hotel! The staff is excellent, the hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. The breakfast buffet has great hours (until 10:30am!) and great selections. One recommendation is to book the airport shuttle the hotel offers!!! We had a private car booked which turned out to be awful. The hotel isn't super easy to locate esp for a car so best leave the driving to someone who knows where they are going. We canceled the private return and booked the hotel shuttle instead. It was fantastic. We made it to the airport in great time and the hotel was even kind enough to pack food for us to eat on the way since we had to leave before breakfast. Next time in Istanbul we will stay here again!!

We loved everything about this property. It was just perfect. The location is excellent. A few feet from the tram and metro stations. Close to the Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed mosque. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but what sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out. They spoke English well. At check in, we were happy to hear that our room was upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room. When we asked for a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday, they provided an entire cake and plates and silverware for our family of 5. They explained how to use all the different types of public transportation, so we can easily go from point A to point B. The night before we checked out they sent up a fruit basket for us to snack on. Also, we had to leave to the airport at 4 am and we were pleasantly surprised when the staff gave us a bag full of sandwiches, fruits, and juice as an early breakfast. The staff is so friendly. You will not find a better place in Istanbul.

There was nothing negative but just as others stated the taxi can not drive up to the property because of the tram station. However, it is not that far of a walk.

Amazing service from a small team clearly dedicated to make you feel welcomed. Value wise, the price was excellent. It may not be the most luxurious hotel but you can't beat the price, the service, the cleanliness, ...and the location. 5 star service for a 3 star hotel which should be proud of what they do. They even made a breakfast to go for our 6am long car ride to the airport and had gifts. All very simple gesture but well appreciated. You are right in the old town. After visiting 1 week, it's the clear best location, everything is within 10 minutes walk., the bazars, the ferry, the tram is literally right outside of the hotel.

I am sure you could get a more extravagant breakfast in a more luxurious hotel but honestly it was very good and well aligned with the hotel value and price.
