- the location is great, just in the middle of the shopping area. - the room was clean and well organized. - the staff were outstanding ( all of them ) at the door , reception and housekeeping ( which goes from the extra mile by arranging my wife’s makeup)

- there was a bad smell at my room ( 405 ), I informed the recipient and they sent the housekeeper to check it out and try to fix it but even after spraying air refresher and keeping the window open for 12 hours, the smell was still there. - the breakfast was a la carte not a buffet.

It’s a great location , the hotel is very modern and very well maintained in the most luxurious area of Istanbul.The staff are very friendly and welcoming specially Maria and Mohammed and all the guys at the lobby are very helpful. I really enjoyed the restaurant of the hotel great breakfast lunch and dinner divine cuisine and atmosphere big plus to the place.

The area has too much traffic and not easy to find a taxi and the room is a bit dark definitely you need to add a mirror with some lights for makeup and dress up

the location was good and most of the staff ,the housekeeper they was amazing ,but what I liked most is the reception employee Ishmael he make use feel welcome and he help us a lot ,good hard worker guy special thank you for him and all the stuff

the is no place to do makeup All mirrors are blacked out in funny way, when we ask too have one normal mirror they said there isn’t the hotel Italian restaurant is so bad to the level I felt it is culture insulting Against Italian food :)

I frankly liked everything in this hotel, the location was the best, the staff was truly friendly and very cooperative and made our stay really perfect. Rooms and housekeeping were amazing. I personally thank everyone there who made an enjoyable stay for us.

i loved everything about the hotel the location is amazing and all the staff are very helpful and it is very nice and unique that an arabic speaking employee is available as well ( eda ) she was very helpful and cooperative ..

the only thing which i recomend highly is to adjust the bathrool , when taking a shower all the water comes out and reaches the entire floor of the bathroom which is disturbing i suggest to put a glass partition which isolates the shower , also the bathroom sink was not acompanied by stand or a cabnit to put the bathroom amneties on it , all the amneties are stacked on the sink right side and my final thing is i suggest to put a carpet underneath the bed extended out little bit to make the room more cozier !! these are minors things that needs to be adjusted and the room will be super perfect

the hotel’s location was perfect it was close to different shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. it was also a 3 min walk to the city’s shopping mall in the area. the staff were super nice and helpful. ask for Aida she’s Turkish but speaks Arabic and she recommended that we should try the sushi restaurant in the hotel which was very delicious. also ask for Ismail they both were able to make our stay comfortable at the hotel.

The location is top. One of the best areas in Istanbul. The staff was attentive and wonderful at the hotel and restaurant as well. I really liked the cozy ambiance in the room and hotel overall. There is an iron and table in the room. Good hairdryer as well. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. In fact, the restaurant is really good with their menu.

The staff where very helpful and professional, the rooms were a bit small but very comfortable with all amenities, the location was great, breakfast service was great and also the food options,highly recommended

Lighting in the bathroom mirror wad very dark, bathrooms are a bit small.

If you put on makeup, good luck trying to do so in the bathroom. The bathroom, while chic, is so dark, you won’t be able to put the makeup on.
