All hotel workers enjoy the skill of welcoming and good hospitality, and all accommodation needs are available in the room, in addition to the availability of a service for redistributing water, coffee and afternoon tea available at the hotel, since this service has been stopped from most Istanbul hotels 5 stars and can be provided if a service is contacted the rooms.

1. The room cleaners are very noisy, they deliberately talk next to the rooms, especially the rooms that are not cleaned until 10 am, and this behavior is repeated from them at 12:30 pm. 2. There was also one person in front of the hotel entrance to carry bags for new guests or for guests who wish to leave the hotel or call a taxi or provide any service to guests, which leads to a delay in what is required of him by the guests.

The breakfast was average, the main disappointment was the fact we booked an accessible room that was taken on our first night. My fiancé is a paraplegic manual wheelchair user and needs an accessible bathroom. The hotel managed to get us into this room the following night however the room was badly lit, there was no main light in the bedroom and the room is extremely small for a wheelchair user. The shower was very disappointing, there was a fixed chair in the shower which hindered my partners and my ability to shower as well as only having a hand held shower head to wash ourselves with. This shower would be much better if had a proper shower head as the other rooms have.

- the location is great, just in the middle of the shopping area. - the room was clean and well organized with a decent space. - the staff were outstanding with a big smile ( all of them ) at the door , reception ( Turkish coffee as a hospitality while checking in ), housekeeping. - the smell of the hotel was always nice and fresh.

at the first morning I was waked by a strong sound of knocking and it kept going for almost 2 hours, i went to the receptionist and informed them about it, they called the manager and she apologized for that and explained it as a construction for the restaurant on the top floor and promised the it will not happen again. the next morning which was Sunday, I didn’t hear anything. but on the third morning the knocking was back again. BUT this issue will not hold me from giving a great review for this lovely hotel.

The staff deserve their own 5 star rating. From Murat who welcomed us, Hilal who checked us in and out, to Nermin (I have never had my room cleaned so well!) who cleaned our room. I absolutely loved The Stay more because of them. Of course the location is superb -if you don’t want to leave the area you wouldn’t need to because it literally has it all- and the services are on point with a Spa and a functional gym. The rooms & bathroom are very spacious and you get to choose your own pillows! I am definitely coming back.

The hotel is in the heart of nisantasi The hotel is near all the clothing stores And coffee shops Infront of city's nisantasi mall and walking distance to high end brands The room i booked was spacious and modern but had no sunlight so i was upgarded to a smaller room with sunlight But i turned down the upgrade I didnt mind the no sunlight room As it was bigger There was also a big closet Thankfully they have So many mirrors in the room , Every mirror in the room was near a socket outlet which is very helpful if you are going do your hair, The hotel staff are always available when you need them, Everyday in the evening they knock on the door offering coffee and tea With some turkish delights The nespresso capsules are free of charge in the room and they offer 2 large water bottles which they put everyday regardless of the bottles that are already there from the days before I asked for late check which i got a good price for The price is a bit high compared to other 5 star hotels But probably will come back to this hotel again

my advice the corridors of the rooms that have no sunlight, should be equipped with SMART SCENT OIL DIFFUSER AIR FRESHNER

the staff were so amazing and friendly specially when I had an issue in the room air conditioner, they changed the room immediately to a fabulous one. the location was in the heart of nisantasi and the parking unit was few steps walking. the area was safe and completely secured. The rooms were clean and the cleaner was changing bed shhets everytime she cleans also generous with providing water, treats as turkish delight and fruits plate. thank you for this extraordinary experience.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and competent. They go out of your way to make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety buffet and also a la carte options. I also had dinner at the lounge one night and the food was excellent. I have stayed there a few times now and it was a great experience every time. I will certainly go back.

Amazing clean hotel in a central location, managers Buse and Burkan did everything to make my stay exceptional, they were very helpful and listened carefully to my concerns, would like to thank them for everything.

Breakfast starts serving at 8, so if you're going for early meetings/surgeries in my case, it will not be applicable, however, Miss Buse (Manager on duty) delivered an early breakfast to my room at 7:15 and was super helpful.
