the staff was exceptional. I felt like they were my family. The people at the desk took a caring interest in my activities and well-being, and the dining staff went out of their way to fill my needs. There was an amazing degree of personal attention. K had all the facilities of a large hotel, and all the personal warmth of a home-stay.

nothing--everything was supurb. When I first arrived I was disappointed. The hotel was very near the airport, and the street that it was on seemed desolate. So i thought that it was in a poor location. But it turned out that it was very close to everything that I wanted to see. And the hotel provided every service that I needed, from car and driver , and an onsite spa.

First and foremost I have to emphasize that their staff is awesome! And by 'staff' I mean everyone: front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, security etc. They even prepared us an individual breakfast after we missed actual breakfast time because of an excursion in the morning. Of course it is a little pricey compared to other options but you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious with great lake views and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offers a daily changing variety of local dishes alongside continental as well as vegetarian options.

Sometimes WiFi in the room had a short outage.

It was very clean, and close to the airport. Stuff are friendly and I appreciated that not the exact same food was on display day after day for breakfast

I couldn’t have any visitors in my room which I found really odd. I appreciate the need to be security conscious however this is unheard of. Surely there’s other ways to ensure security is maintained? Also I appreciate the desire to obtain as many customer reviews as possible but the stuff literally hover around and ask you any Google reviews in their presence, responses are then read by them before you can submit. Felt a-little pressurising to write a good review.

Great location, close to airport and two malls as well as beach, zoo and botanical garden. I loved the hotel facilities which included steam and sauna. The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, with large variety of fruits and food. Views from the room and roof top fantastic. They have also 15 min free foot massage for guests which was very nice. The evenings at the roof top had nice entertainment with local dance and music.

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of dishes to suit all nationalities staying in the hotel. Option for freshly prepared omelet. Loved the views of Lake Victoria in the dining room and from our terrace/suite. The main road is quite busy and noisy, but the hotel sits back far enough from the road to allow privacy and relative quiet. The small gym and steam, sauna, and rooftop pool are well managed by staff. The fact all are on site allows for ease o movement and use. I love the woman who does the massages and we make it a "must" each time we stay there. The views and food from the Palm Court restaurant are lovely and restorative after many hours of travel. Our ensuite shower and bathroom are modern and clean. Likewise the bed is a good size and has a fine mattress. The bar fridge also allows us the option of chilling our own preferred beverages.

While there is not a great deal of parking on site, there is a service that allows the patrons to have cars moved in to the secure parking lot overnight. A minor thing would be to ask the house keeping staff NOT to sweep the dining room floor during the breakfast hours. While it is comforting to know the hotel is clean, no one wants to have someone sweeping while taking a meal. Sometimes the length of time it takes for a meal to be prepared is vexxing, but the food itself is always great.

All members of the Hotel team were very polite, friendly and smiling All ladies and gents working in the Reception area were very efficient and curtious Room cleanliness was excellent and Room service was prompt The restaurant and bar were excellent - the view from the rooftop was fantastic All meals were very good - Tenderloin Steak in the Restuarant was the best I have ever tasted - ordered it numerous times! Great security at the front gate

Nothing ... keep doing what you are doing

My partner and I have stayed at KHotels numerous times--whenever we are in Entebbe. We considered booking another hotel which has just newly opened, but upon touring it, as nice as it was, we returned to Khotels because we enjoy the privacy and it seems there is less noise from the main road. The location overlooking Lake Victoria and the proximity to the mall, our church and local restaurants makes it ideal. The amenities at the hotel like the Massage, gym, steam and sauna and roof top pool and restaurant are so convenient. The staff for the amenities--particularly Betty and Martin--are wonderfully cheerful and accommodating. The wait staff at all restaurants is exceptional. Food menus are very good,. Lots of variety. Our suite was lovely with a view of the lake. The staff at the car park and the front desk, right to the cleaning staff are friendly and welcoming. We shall always choose KHotels!

We had to pay a corkage fee for the bottle of champagne we brought to celebrate an anniversary and reunion. As guests at the hotel, this should not happen. I am not fond of all of the ambient noise from the roof top night club on Friday nights. Tough to rest especially after 30 hours of travel to reach Entebbe!

We booked K Hotel to have 1 lizard-free night before returning home. (after all the beautiful lodges in the national parks with many of our L-friends in the room, at night). K Hotel is a classic business & professional city hotel with good service and international facilities. Excellent breakfast ! Good location (close to airport, mall, botanic gardens, ..)

There was a (open air?) disco nearby that showed off his deep and loud bass sound until 23:00.

The staff were super welcoming from start to finish. Our stay felt very relaxing, and there was always staff available to help, guide or inform. The rooms were clean, and the food service was excellent. My experience of the rooftop is one to cherish for a lifetime, from the moonlit view of Lake Victoria, to the very energetic traditional dancers and the food options and taste of the amazing Friday night Mongolian Barbecue!

I didn’t like that I could only stay here for 1 night! I hope to come back!

very clean and the showers are great. comfrey beds and the staff are very attentive - nothing is too much trouble. we had laundry done and the service was brilliant - so much so that we more done the following day

the service in the restaurant on the roof too was quite slow and the waiting staff struggled to get the correct order a few times. the pool is very small and there isn’t really anywhere to sit around it and def not sunbathe if that’s what you want to do. the whole layout of the pool, gym and steam room and sauna is disjointed.
