The location is pretty great, it has one of the biggest and best gyms, and the rooms are spacious and comfy beds. The staff overall is pretty good and always helpful Its my second time here and it was pretty good

The reception staff when i checked in at 5:00am and even though i had paid for the night informed me that the room i booked was not available, that was not a fun conversation, although at the end he did agree to upgrade me for two nights but no one wants to have this conversation at 5am after a 10 hour flight.

A few more smaller lights in the room would’ve been nice. There is a reading light by the bed, but other than that only either very bright lights or nothing for illumination. Also bedroom TV did not have a remote.

The rooms are very spacious and include a kitchen and living room area as well as a very generous balcony. Our balcony was well equipped with a table and sun chairs and overlooked the pool and garden area. The facilities of the hotel are great as well. The pool is big and offers plenty of sunbeds to sit. There are different restaurants in the hotel that are open from early til late so you don't have to worry about food at anytime. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout.

The room service could have been a little bit faster.

Hot water morning time and night comes late, even sometimes not fully hot. Twin bed was small.. sauna and steam area, can have more attention, the sofa is old. Need to be maintained.

Penthouse was great, nice decorated, lots of space. Very beautiful

Beds had a hard matras. For some this is goid, we like it a bit softer. The food is excellent but the acoustic is terrible. Lots of noise coming back to you including to loud live music. We like places more quit. the sound pollution in Uganda is getting terrible

General ambience, staff and room was ideal for discussion with our visitors who work with handicapped ♿ children.

The noise level in the restaurant

Room is spacious and comfortable, particularly love the big windows that brought in a lot of natural light. We stayed for a week so we were really glad that there was a proper kitchen, so that we could occasionally cook instead of eating out all the time. Happy with the breakfast selection. The gym is great too! All the equipments you'd look for. Also really enjoy the big swimming pool :) Bonus: really want to appreciate the staff who brought us room service order. We absentmindedly handed over the entire wallet together with the money but he turned back right away to give us back the wallet.

Wifi was occasionally weak. Service at the restaurant was bad/slow on Friday nights when there were many people. Sometimes the restaurant wasn't very clean even at breakfast time (food bits left on the table or the floor)

The rate I booked on booking.com was not offered to me upon checking in. I had to pay an extra 100 USD and management simply passed the difference onto me (customer).

I liked the view, cool air, lighting and the pool; the kind of place worth revisiting.

I found it interesting that cleaning team came several times a day; wondered if it wouldn’t be easier to do more at a time. Fridge worked but was abit rusty.
