Very comfortable bed, spacious clean light and bright room. Lots of storage space. Safe. Huge luxurious bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Stunning christmas decorations in all public areas. Helpful staff in the restaurant and reception. Lovely cleaning team who we met in the corridor. All very friendly and all spoke fluent English.

Cozy hotel with well-decorated rooms, very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom; we enjoyed a great breakfast and were pleased with the location, which is easy to walk to and access attractions in Copenhagen and also close to public transport (it's just a few minutes from the train station); We needed a late check out and they allowed to stay by only paying the extra 3 hours;

The room size is not ideal for a family; it feels small. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a nightclub for adults, making it an unpleasant experience to walk past it with the kids every day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the little sofa and we loved the shower pressure! The hotel is very cozy, we didn't experience any noise disturbance, and the location is amazing for exploring the city's attractions. Breakfast is quite good, there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly go back there, it's great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

It's important to note that not all premium rooms come with a sofa but we were provided one upon request. The shower could have been a bit bigger or with a glass screen to prevent the shower curtain from sticking to the body.

The location was excellent, right next to the central train station and a short walk from the main shopping street. The breakfast was very good and included pancakes, waffles, pastries, cheese, meats, salad, cereals, bread, cooked breakfast, juices etc. Everything was constantly refilled and dirty plates cleaned away quickly. There was a lovely lounge downstairs which we didn’t use ourselves but saw people relaxing in. The outdoor garden was also lovely but it was too cold to sit out while we were there. The room was compact but clean and very warm. Bathroom toiletries were Rituals, so very nice quality. The bathroom was a wet room with a shower, only. This was fine for our needs. Our room had a bed (memory foam mattresses topper which was fine but a bit warm) and a sofa bed.

The filter coffee at breakfast wasn’t great. No bar but reception sell drinks.

The place is 10-15min walk from the train station as well as Tivoli. The room was spacious enough. One breakfast was ok. We left for Bilund in the morning and asked for early packed breakfast and we got it.... The receptionist recommended some nice places to dine. There is a nice lounge to have a drink.

The towels had stains. The packed breakfast contained three pastry buns with chocolate, three yougurt plactic cans, some slices of cheese and paprika, two apples and three cartons of water. Defo not for the price of what was paid for breakfast Is it so complicated to make three sandwiches with ham and lettuce? The curtains do not close fully To turn on tv you have to turn on additional switch (sadly, figured it out only before leaving in the need of using the hairdryer) Receptionist could have informed on that

The hotel looked amazing : the entrance, the lounge area, the restaurant and the patio outside all looked stunning. The huge staircase in the main building taking you to the higher floors was beautiful and well looked after. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. It certainly met all our expectations. Delicious and fresh every single day. Surely top score.

The room we stayed was a bit too small for 3 people. Also there were not enough storage in the bedroom to put away your clothes which , being winter and also being in three, you need. The main light in the bedroom was very weak and the telly was facing mainly the ceiling.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of options! Fresh juice shots, breads, pastries, fruit & vegetables, eggs, the list goes on! There was even a waffle making station. The room was small but super clean, and the shower was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel is 5 minute walk from the central station so we took the train to and from the airport. From the hotel it was about a 15/20 minute walk to the shops and there were plenty of restaurants and bars all close by! I also loved the courtyard at the hotel and the little snack & drink station by reception!

Room was a bit small but we didn’t mind as we were out most of the time.

The hotel is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station. We got the train to and from Copenhagen airport which took just over 10 minutes. We also went to Malmo in Sweden for the day from the station and started the red tour bus route bedside the station so it was a great location for us. There are lots of eateries nearby and supermarkets. We also visited the old cinema which was only a few minutes walk. Our family room was lovely. A four poster bed for my husband and I and a comfortable sofa bed for our daughter. The room was spacious and the shower was great. All staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel very clean.

The breakfast, like many continental, was nice enough but the only thing I could say would be better. The quality and choice however did improve with the length of our stay.

Centrally located, 10 minutes from railway station. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated for Christmas, very elegant. Room as perfect, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and very warm. The hotel was very peaceful, we were next to the lift and never heard it, no slamming of doors in the night and morning, very peaceful. Superb comfortable lounge to relax in after a days sightseeing, coffee and drinks available on request at reception Breakfast was superb, choices from yoghurt with huge selection of accompaniments, delicious cheeses and ham, as well as delicious crispy bacon, sausage and everything to go towards a cooked breakfast. Delicious breads with jams and hone.

There was nothing to dislike, it was superb, perfect in every way

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the staff attentive. The manager went out of the way to help one of our friends The hotel is really well situated for the Tivoli Gardens and the hop on bus goes to the must-see mermaid. Train station to the airport takes 20 mins. We visited The Museum of Danish Resistance, very interesting, but after the visit go to their cafe where the best 'open faced' sandwich in Copenhagen can be found!

There is no bar in the hotel and the receptionists make the drinks Would be better to have a tea/coffee machine One bedroom had a drain smell and no underfloor heating in the bathroom, and one friend complained that the mattress was curved, and yes the second night he fell out of bed!!!
