The pool area was our favourite part of the hotel, the slides were so fun for adults and kids. Our room was beautiful overlooking a pond with lily pads and ducks and the ocean in the background. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The kids club had bunnies which the kids loved. The koi ponds were also a big hit with the kids, as well as the hot and cold plunge pools.

A kettle would have been good for the room so we could make our own tea. There is a coffee machine but we do not drink coffee. The rules kept changing with regards to breakfast for kids. Some of the restaurants charged us half price for kids (and even over-charged us most of the time but we let it go) and then we find out kids under 12 eat breakfast for free...! If there was some consistency in how they charge it would have been more enjoyable and would not have felt like we were being ripped off. Our bills did not always reflect what we purchased too, hence how and why we know we were being overcharged. We did not mind at first but it all adds up in the end as we realised when we checked out...

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this resort. The property has lovely gardens and a beautiful beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Grand Club suite and privileges, especially access to the Grand Club pool. Although the rooms were a bit tired, they were comfortable and clean. We were lucky enough to experience beautiful weather during our stay.

The Salse Verde restaurant was undergoing renovations. Next time, I will try to avoid school holiday periods as there were a lot of energetic children in the pool areas, including the Grand Club pool on some occasions. I am a parent myself with older children, but it was disappointing when other parents let their kids overrun the pool. We did find that the traditional Balinese pool was much less crowded and a bit of a hidden gem.

Great overall, perfect for a young family vacation. Well kept resort, rooms are comfy, good dining options, pool and beach are fantastic.

The design, the food, the staff, the pools.

The fact that it wasn’t properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. The WC had a line of dirt around it on the floor, the sink was full of some tiny hopping insects, the water in the shower formed a pool with dirt floating from the spaces between the tiles on the shower floor, the room had a smell of dump, of wet wood and on the bed we usually found flying insects which we didn’t always manage to catch. Overall it wasn’t bad or something, but the room definitely needs renovation, the wood needs maintenace and the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The view from the room was stunning though, you see a pond with fish and ducks and water lilies and birds and trees full of flowers, you might think you are in paradise 😍

The beach is excellent, waves in the morning, still in the afternoon, shallow great for kids, clean beach very little rubbish. Lovely gardens great for Instagram phototos, pools nice and warm, attentive staff. We were given the north complex, top floor, very very quiet, slept like a baby, very peaceful, breakfast 1 minute walk away. Hotel prepared our room with flowers free of charge, but a day early lol 😂

Meals in restaurants could be bigger and were quite expensive, breakfast was limited and not 5 star quality like Hyatt Regency in Sanur Big hotel so so lots of walking, maybe too much for the elderly or very young children Photo of our room was not what we received after checking in, although spacious it was not luxury like in the advertised photo, beds were creaky and rooms a little tired!

Majority staff are super helpful and kind. So much activities to enjoy for the whole family. Size of the property is impressive. Baby cots as seperate bed is a value added. must to have club access,the money spent on that is worth.

1.Restaurants are so much rush at breakfast time. 2. Got Bali Belly after eating from club access restaurant.Had to take medication from the doctor at hotel, which he also concluded in his report the same condition. 3. Pasar Senggol restaurant manager said they dont have a blender to get us the baby food done,so refused us coming there,which was disappointing, while all other restaurants were helpful in preparation of baby foods. 4. On the first day of check-in , once done the check in at 3pm , the luggages arrived after 1.5 hours late to the rooms due to rush in the hotel. Which was disappointimg specially like us with infants and kids.

When we extended our stay till August 12, not only we had a good price for the room, breakfast was included as well (after the negotiation) which made my boys were so happy. On the other note, there is Bali Collections (lots of restaurants) just walking distance from the hotel.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not included with the room price we paid (we booked it through Booking.com) during our stay on August 3 - 8, 2023 which was the bummer. Wish we knew that booking directly to the hotel is less expensive than through the third party.

Best beach in Bali. Beach is also very close to the Pools if you have young kids. Excellent service from the Beach staff who are always on hand for drinks and food. The setting is full of with beautiful trees that act as umbrellas. Getting a Sun bed is generally not a problem either. Plenty of restaurants and the Breakfast included has a variety of options. Bali Collection mall literally across the road if you want something different to eat. Hotel was last renovated in 2007, but you would think it was done in the last 2 years as everything is well maintained and certainly hasn’t dated.

The West Village accommodation is a little far from the beach and main lobby, but we moved to the East Village for nights 2-7 and it was perfect! The staff were very accommodating with this request.

Close to the airport in the beautiful Nusa Dua resort area. Wonderful facilities for the whole family. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was great with loads of healthy options. Situated on a great stretch of private beach.

Most days you could not get a sun lounger at the pool area as other guests would reserve a few early in the morning by laying a towel on it before having breakfast. However, I felt they could do with a few more.
