Breakfast had a fantastic selection, that would accompany any dietary needs Was always a breathe of sunshine to see the nice male worker that worked so hard to make sure everything and everyone was doing great Front counter staff were very nice and made you feel they value our business House keeping do a very good job at cleaning the rooms

Can’t say good words about the Boss of the male worker in the cafe! He came into the cafe and rudely discussed what the male worker needed to improve on . Our group felt it was very unprofessional to discuss such matters in front of the customer! The manager was very disrespectful to his surroundings and needs to treat his employees with dignity! We felt so bad for the male worker in the cafe as he was doing a fantastic job Second day in the cafe, the Asian Boss came into the cafe and once again was very rude to the nice employee As a secret shopper, this Boss needs to be taught manners and realize his staff are not slaves or robots! House keeping and Asian Boss man need to smile and say hi when we walk by each other

Check in was quick and easy and room was a great size and clean. WiFi was real good and is important for me as I need to send many files to head office each night. TV stations were good as well as football and hockey were all available for the evenings. Outside of breakfast it was a great place to stay and will probably stay here my next time I come to town.

The breakfast was not as good as I had hoped. The girl at checking seemed to indicate a fresh cooked type breakfast but in reality was more of an out of package warmed up breakfast. Saying that there was mini sausages, eggs in a folded wrap, potatoes, toast, muffins, cereals etc.

Breakfast was decent, it was clean, bed was comfy. Loved the jacuzzi

Housekeeping only came on our second day, they did try the third day but we were occupied at that time and they never did come back that day

We normally stay at Best Western in Sherwood Park and they were full and as well the person at "0" was somewhat rude and that was unusual--two sides to every story I would guess

The location was great and it was clear extra cleaning precautions had been done before arrival.

There was no way to turn the bathroom fan off so it ran constant. We were only given 2 bath towels for 3 of us and left with only 3 Kleenexes in a box. Also, housekeeping was banging on our door 45 minutes before it was even time to check out.

Very friendly staff. Hotel outside of town centre, but next to a good sports bar. The suite was really big, comfortable and located on third floor. Breakfast had a lot of options, which was nice.

Very nice clean hotel. Spacious room. Overall....very nice hotel. Felt a little like home.

One end of the parking lot and front entrance to hotel had a build up of packed snow/ice. This made it very dangerous and a liability for any guest walking to and from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel due to its friendly ambiance within the staff and the breakfast is amazing

Our room was not cleaned right away after our first night of stay(friday), and saturday came in, the reception said they have shortage of housekeeping staff during weekends and they cannot clean our room right away
