The property was clean, beds were comfortable, each bed had a choice of four different pillows. The included breakfast was great: food was fresh, service was quick and responsive and sufficient space was left between tables. The Inn is well located within walking distance to the beach and touristic attractions.

The spa hot tub was not available and this was not communicated to us prior to our arrival or during check in. We only found out when we came down in our bathing suits. The ice machine on the 4th and 2nd floor were out of order. We had to wait for the ice machine on the 3rd floor to make ice.

The room was good for the price. Breakfast was good for free. Location was good. We were there only one night. Would come back. Wish the spa was open.

Service was a little odd. The lady the first night was sweet and informative (young, glasses, dark hair, was working at about 5-6pm Wednesday night). The lady that was their the morning of checkout was the odd one (older, blonde hair). We let her know we were checking out and all she said was "oook" and grabbed the key then told us to have a great day and almost didn't give us our $100 security deposit back. We had to ask. Seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. On top of there being 2 kids behind the counter which you typically wouldn't see anywhere else. Otherwise, great stay and would come back.

They do an excellent free breakfast, Lots of creative selection for everyone. The big advantage of the hotel is they are within easy walking distance of all amenities at Sylvan Lake, so once you are there we didn't need to drive anywher for 4 days. Love being right across the street from the beach and local farmers market. Excellent beach front cafe across the street as well.

Was a bit sad to find out the sauna and hot tub were out of comission. We did use the pool through and it was nice for a day end cool down.

Shower curtain too short in the roll in bath, (water every where), shower head placement too high on the wall and the hose could’ve been longer but the shower nozzle was movable which was great! There wasn’t any soap or shampoo storage-everything had to be put on the floor. There could’ve been another handrail at the foot of the shower unit. Everything else was great!! Lots of towels which was awesome!!! There aren’t many accessible rooms available in central Alberta regardless of the hotel, that would meet our criteria so this one was great!

Breakfast was OK. Loved the option to make waffles. Having some fresh fruit available would have been nice. Apples oranges The location was excellent. An easy walk to the lake and a large selection of restaurants and coffee shops.

The lighting in the room made it difficult to read at night, or play board or card games. Actually there was really NO seating or table for these activities so we needed to improvise. But the biggest negative is the lighting. Dim and poorly placed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Very clean. Nice and quiet Fantastic Location!!!

The room was very stuffy, and because we could not open a window, the air-condition did not change a lot of the air quality. On the Aug. 29th. our beds were not made. Everything else like empty garbage and new towels are done, just they forgot to made up the beds.

The breakfast was very good, variety of choices, the staffs always clean the tables after the guests finish. Food always get refilled and checked by staffs .

The room was very clean and nice, but has some smells when we just entered in . After we turn on the AC and open the door it was fine .

Breakfast was great - good options. Was a little tight with high use time, but was still comfy

Great position some good restaurants nearby. The staff were all very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was very good. It’s just a shame they are still using single use plastic cutlery.

Good position. Decor is a bit dated ( lots of brown) but the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast and the location were very good. Loved being across from the lake. Not too far to carry the chairs. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant they suggested worked well for us.

The price was a bit high but so are most hotels in Canada. I think ten to twenty dollars cheaper would have been more reasonable but it's a beach town and it was busy.
