Room very clean and staff very friendly , bath water pressure was perfect and breakfast buffet spread was very good

The room is spacious enough and the twin bed is comfortable for an adult with 2 children. The breakfast is delicious and varieties. The access to the executive lounge is really convenient for me to do my work comfortably cause of those refreshment and quiet environment. By allowing children to access the lounge together while I’m working gave me the security feeling. Appreciate the staff taking effort to prepare a little surprise for my son who’s having birthday celebration 4 years once (leap year child).

Air cond seems not cold enough and hard to adjust the temperature. There were suppose to be a curtain to cover the mirror from the bathroom, too bad it’s removed and the light and shadow shown from bathroom is a little disturbing. The water from the shower area overflowed and wet the floor at the sink area.

The location is good, easy to use as a base and grab around the area We appreciated the facilities in the hotel as well, rooms were also spacious and we could add an extra bed if we needed to.

This is our second stay at this hotel and have no issues this round. Did not leave a review for the first stay as we were dissatisfied with the check-in process (couldn't check in even at 3pm and we had to keep chasing them, the manager was not helpful at all and in fact tried to stop her colleague from answering our question). Nonetheless, happy to say that our second stay was very pleasant and no complains at all :)

Amazing customer service! I would like to specially call out chef Fariz, duty manager Ayisha and the team at the reception! We visited the executive lounge and unfortunately there was no veg food options.. to our surprise, chef Fariz prepared a complete veg meal and sent it by to our room.. this gesture made us feel very special! Another example is when we checked-in…we realised that there was a mix-up in the room allocation. The reception team quickly offered us the option to check out two different rooms, pick which one we wanted and as well sent us a box of cookies apologising for the mix-up. I was nothing but pleased with how they care to make every aspect of the stay special, and went above and beyond caring for their guests! Will def come back and even recommend friends to consider Double tree Hilton JB.

The hotel staff is well-trained, friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel is child-friendly and clean, with appreciated soundproofing. I also liked that they provided Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. I would love to come back for a staycation. The added value of staff texting me on WhatsApp to ensure my satisfaction with the accommodation is very heartwarming.

The parking area is a bit inconvenient as it requires a guard to signal whether your car can proceed, causing a slight inconvenience. Additionally, the water heater temperature can be inconsistent, necessitating constant adjustments to maintain a stable temperature.

Cleanliness of room; Air-conditioning. We had an extraordinary breakfast experience at Makan Kitchen thanks to Annie's exceptional service. My wife, who is visually impaired and uses a wheelchair, received unparalleled attention from Annie. Her sensitivity to our unique needs and her respectful and polite demeanour transformed our morning into a delightful experience. Such exemplary service is a testament to the high standards of Makan Kitchen. Annie's dedication and professionalism are commendable, and she truly deserves recognition and advancement for her outstanding contribution to enhancing customer experience.

Drinks should be included together with the welcome biscuits

My family loved the many food choices for breakfast. We were particularly impressed by the female staff member who served mixed fruit juice choices of customers. She was patient and friendly even though the queue was very long. The Concierge staff Ms Ain and Mr Annas were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean. The public areas also look very clean, neat and modern. TV channels choices are very good. Simply amazing. I am also pleasantly surprised to know that the hotel has complimentary bus rides to JPO and Mid Valley Southkey. We will certainly want to visit these 2 places when we book a longer stay at your hotel soon.

The narrow road turning into the hotel (after the nearby petrol station) does not look safe, especially at night. Some people hang around there in groups and we didn't feel safe. I also think that there is no need to have a door for the fridge in the hotel room. Very difficult to open and close the mini fridge door after opening the cabinet wooden door. Remove the wooden door is more convenient and will not damage the wooden door due to wear-and-tear.

The room is clean and cozy. It's very comfortable for a short family trip. The bathroom is also clean. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. There is a pool and there is a great view near the pool as well, however we need to buy something from the restaurant nearby to enjoy the view. There is a separate jacuzzi as well which is great!

We bought the breakfast on the spot, and found that the food is slightly below our expectation. Even though they serve variety of food ranging from indian, western, asian, etc, we only stick with some of the options. However, the juice bar is exceptionally superb!

1. Greeted with very yummy biscuits; 2. Breakfast is served with large variety of food (from Indian to Chinese to Malay to Continental) - you name it and you got it (including ice cream!); 3. Hotel facility fully refurbished - tastefully renovated, good gym, great swimming pool; 4. All day access to the Executive Lounge - for business or snacks; 5. Hotel room tastefully renovated with modern furniture and bathroom facility.

1. I was allocated in room 2524 which was next to the elevator. The elevator movement can be heard from inside the room all day (worst at night when the surrounding was very quiet); 2. Relatively quiet location with all the happenings at least 800m away (walking not as convenient due to construction & no pedestrian walkaway).

We celebrated our kids birthday and the hotel staff surprised them with birthday cake which was really beautiful. Also they helped us with everything to prepare for other celebration stuff. Other then this we especially loved the shower, the pool and the breakfast buffet. Last but not least the Tosca restaurant had outstanding Italian food which we really appreciated. We also thought that the daily cleaning was nicely done with extra care.
