Staff was amazing and very helpful to provide information, specially Daniel who did his best to meet my requests. Location is good, at walking distance from train station and fair distance from all the activity, restaurants and bars (800m or so)

Poor on amenities but after all it is a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast was also just the necessary but again, 3 stars, wouldn't expect more than that. Price is vey high compared to value, but understandable as i was there for the Euroshop and it is a peak few days for the hotels.

The location is great. We wanted to explore Little Tokyo and this is just steps away from everything! It is also just a short walk from the train station. The style was fun throughout the hotel and the room felt fairly big and was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the employees were kind and helpful.

Everything was great except for the ridiculous shower curtain which is too long for the shower so that you are stepping on it while in the shower. It covers the drain, causing the water to back up while using it. And the whole bottom of the curtain is moldy because it sits in water and never completely dries. This seems like something that could be a fairly simple fix.

The hotel is located in a very convenient central area where there are lots of shops, restaurants and the train station is quite close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us even when we had an unusual request.

The window didn't have very good sound isolation but that was improved after closing the blinds. The room itself has an interesting old school design but it also a bit weird with wires hanging from the ceiling. It didn't bother us but might not be for everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful, The room was quirky comfortable and clean. The location was easy to get to from the train station just a short walk and central to the Christmas markets. We didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on whether it was good.

Our room was next to the elevator and a hall door which meant we could hear all the coming and goings of other guest at night.

if you like Japanese food it’s a great location. also great for public transport. HbF short walk. has a soho house vibe super chilled atmosphere with quirky features. big bed and big bathroom with good amnesties. great bar

a bit awkward check in as bar staff does the check ins. when the bar is busy you will wait there for quite some time. bathrooms only have bathtubs. which is fine but they use shower curtains that have seen better days. bar only serves alcohol. staff not the most helpful.

Loved the aesthetic- didn’t feel like we were in a hotel. the staff were great- I requested a room with a bath and they accommodated. The location was very ideal. a short walk from all the Christmas markets and shops.

Max Brown Hotel loses points for cleanliness for me. The shower curtain was moldy around the bottom. Also the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and kept slipping up exposing the mattress. The record player didn’t work either.

Cozy hotel near the city center. The location is excellent it is in walk distance from the train station and the city center. During the Christmas weeks the main Christmas markets near the hotel. The room looks cozy, with an 80s vibe (gramophone with a few records, other cute staff).

High audibility between rooms (maybe only on the same floor), you can hear everything from the hall and other rooms. But for this price, it is not a critical issue.

Great location & a very homely vibe The room was advertised as small but I found it plenty big enough for 2 people . It even had a couple of comfy seats as well as good hanging places for clothes etc . A nice bar downstairs with board games & a pool table .

I thought breakfast was not good value for money . Nothing hot apart from boiled eggs better to go out for breakfast as loads of places & really good coffee shops close by .

Nice staff, happy to help. We came with a dog and in the room, a special bed, bowl, and snack waited for the dog- super thoughtful. The lounge had a nice atmosphere in the evening to sit with the dog and drink nice wine from the bar menu. Nice breakfast!

The room had a lot of dust under the bed. We knew about it only thanks to our dog, who could go beneath the bed. Unfortunately, the heating in the room didn't work and it was cold weather.

great safe location, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The bed is super comfortable and there is a nice sized bathroom with a shower with great water pressure.

not too sure if other rooms are like this but our room had an emergency exit window which only had shutters and not a blind or other way of covering it so had to keep the shutters closed for some privacy which then blocked any natural light entering the room.
