Hotel was modern, clean, comfortable, and well located.

The AirCon didn’t go below 21 and the pillows were a bit small (i used all 4 in the double for just me to be comfortable).

Firstly the location is perfect. The noise level was actually okay, for being right in the centre of everything. It was very minimal noise and we looked straight onto the square.

The only problem we had was one night there was no hot water, but this was quickly resolved and it was the height of summer so we managed with a cold shower. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but sometimes the language barrier frustrated. Google translate helped. It was because it says In they’re brochure ask at the desk for help with local transportation etc. my daughter is very mannerful and found it difficult coming across others that aren’t so.

There wasn't a single thing in this hotel that we didn't like. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile. It was my husbands birthday this day and when we got into the room, there was a little goody bag waiting for him with which had a cute brass dwarf, some postcards and 2 pens in it. There were also 2 glasses and 2 bottles of wine for us to celebrate. That was such a lovely gesture, so thank you team Korona. The room was spacious and emaculate with tea, coffee and kettle and the bed was so comfortable. We also had a city view! It was a little noisy during the night but we did sleep with the window open so this was expected. Once the window was closed, it was silent with the soundproofing. The breakfast was incredible. For the non European breakfast hunters, there was your typical bacon, fried, scrambled and bolied eggs, sausage so easy to conjure up an English breakfast amongst lots of other things to go at. Cereal, yogurts, fruit, lots of bread and cheese and hams. Plenty of choice for everyone. The location was fantastic, right in the square. We will definitely be back again and we recommend this hotel if your looking for class and location. Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️

Needed a teaspoon for stirring tea, coffee. They do provide a wooden stirrer but it's not the same burning your fingers squeezing the teabag. You could always take your own and this is by far not a negative reflection on the standards of the hotel.

Located right in town square. Modern large rooms. We had a corner room with a fantastic view of the old city hall and square. Several windows. Bright and airy. Very clean and the check in staff were fabulous.

Breakfast buffet. The platters of food on the buffet were not replenished when needed. We arrived and were able to put together a breakfast but after that people were standing around looking at empty platters. All the cold cuts, buns and breads, smoked salmon were gone. We would have gone back to the buffet to get a little more but there was nothing to eat. We have been in Poland since Sept 14th and this was the worst breakfast we have had. There were a lot of staff but we didn’t get our coffee until we were about finished with the meal. Very disorganized.

Beautiful hotel fabulous location spotless clean. Reception Staff were lovely.

Went for breakfast at 9. 30 am. Breakfast was stone cold on the first morning. Even the water for the tea was cold. We asked for hot water and did get it. There was very little hot/luke warm food left on the second morning. Breakfast advertised up to 10.30 am but everything cleared away by 10.15 am. Make sure to go to breakfast early.

Our first stay at Korona Hotel, and it definitely won't be our last. Perfect location, right on the old town square, has all the facilities you need. Staff were all excellent. Loved the little rear terrace, great place to relax with a drink. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it (never up early enough lol) Very highly recommended

Maybe could do with a couple more tables and chairs in the small rear terrace area, but apart from that, nothing to dislike.

Stayed here earlier in the year and was impressed, impressed once again with my latest stay. Nice and centrally located just off the main square, handy for everything and easy public transport from the railway station. Room was immaculate and provided with drink making facilities and a handy fridge. Didn't use TUV but there was one. Clean bathroom with a good shower.

The breakfast is really impressive unless you are a vegan then it is a bit limited, however, soya milk is available on request. A vegan won't starve but choice is limited. The Vega Cafe is close by though so that is a good alternate option.

Good location - directly in the city center. Size of the room - for one night stay was perfect. Good staff and quick check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable.

All, inclusive all was perfect... till you go to the breakfast and you want your perfect "morning coffee" and you need pay for it, it's not included in your breakfast. (you have just one big thermos with very "slip slop" coffee) ... Just one question - WHY? it's only coffee. I think for 100 euro per night it can be improved.

A standard but very pleasant hotel in the heart of the historic city. Clean and spacious room, well equipped, modern. Excellent, rich and very variable breakfast.

Same problem as most historic cities = parking. The hotel does not have its own parking. You have two options. Either find your own parking space in the historic city center near the hotel (for a fee) or, for a fee, use the option of a parking space in a parking garage that will be arranged directly by the hotel near the hotel (300-500 m).

The hotel is clean, modern and at the Old Town Square. Excellent location for grocery Zapka across the street and Rossman one block away. Breakfast excellent. Really great staff. Elevator. No car parking on site. We took taxi from train station about a 9 minute drive. Taxi from the Train station 30 zloty, and 15 Zloty on return using the hotel as scheduler. Live and learn. Perfect location but somewhat noisy at night with folks partying late. windows open for fresh air. Room 127 is a bit small but good for two adults. The beds were ok but slept well. We had the just about the best view I’ve ever had from a hotel window. would stay there again.

Skimpy towels one each. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
