Location was perfect for shopping and for dinning options. Loved the pool and the room was spacious and comfortable and modern. The staff was helpful and kind and the kids enjoyed the play area close to the reception. It’s a great hotel For families! Also the burger at the side pool bar was delicious!

The stairs in the pool area need to be renovated, they were unstable and can easily cause someone to fall and get hurt. Also I found a silverfish when opening the sofa bed, which didn’t make my kid comfortable sleeping in there afterwards.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Spacious room size as compared to rooms in Paris and UK. Most of the front desk staff were well-trained and demonstrated great hospitality. They responded quickly to room requests, even during the busy holiday season. Additionally, the arrangement of a taxi to the airport was seamless and well-organized.

1. The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, which can be quite noisy in the early morning. This made it difficult for me to fall asleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. 2. The lighting system in the room is confusing, with two-way switches between the main hallway and the bedside panels. There are no labels to indicate which switch controls which light, making it inconvenient to use. 3. The temperature control in the room was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably hot during the winter. I was informed that the panel could not lower the temperature, and while the window could be opened slightly in a tilted position, it provided minimal relief.

We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Lisboa. The staff was kind, supportive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to NOVA IMS, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we’d rate our stay 8 out of 10. With minor improvements, this could easily become an exceptional experience.

However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. There was no bellman service to assist with luggage, which would have been helpful. Also, the bathroom sink had some issues with water retention, which was slightly inconvenient.

I booked a superior family room for two adults and two kids. The staffs in the reception and the restaurant were kind and friendly to answer any kind of questions and feel impressed to their effort to try to help guests even some of staffs were not good at speaking English. The room were well equipped with all the necessary and WiFi worked also quite well. The breakfast was also very good with fresh fruits and various type of breads cakes and so on every day , especially omelet I liked it very much ! The location was also close to metro stations, department store, zoo and so on

The room was quite dusty in some of hidden places, which cause dust to fly over all the places in the room even though the places that people can see look clean.

Everything was perfect. WiFi was great and breakfast was tasty. They had many options in breakfast. Had pool and kids play area. We went with our 2 year old so not many option apart from playground (not cleaned) but if have kids above 5 years then you will find plenty things to keep them busy. We had 2 issues(cold water and blocker) and they got resolved in no time which I found great!. Definitely recommend!!

Location is good but if prefer public transport then it's good 5-7min hilly walk or you have to take 3-4 floor steps to get to nearest tube station. With kids it's not ideal but doable for adults.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting the US Embassy. There were several restaurants in walking distance.

The room was a little dark (gloomy). There was a dead bug in my sink. The hand soap dispenser was empty. There were a few dark hairs on the bathroom floor (not mine). The couch was pulled out into a bed, even though my reservation was for 1 person. The shower is in a very deep tub, difficult getting in and out. No premium channels available or streaming options on the tv, even though it's a smart TV. Construction was taking place during my stay, starting at 8 am (wasn't supposed to start until 10 am).

Breakfast selection is good, choices of cheeses, fruits, juices, teas, coffee, eggs, pastries, bread. Rooms had some issues, but fixed when reported. Rooms are large and comfortable. Some rooms were hot and could not be cooled down well. Beds were decent, no offer of toiletries beyond shared bottles of shampoo, handsoap and bodywash. My room hair dryer was not good. Good restaurant on site with quality selection of meat and seafood.

In the room complimentary bottle of water is offered once per stay, not day. Tea and coffee packets are not replenished, though you can bring it from the breakfast room if breakfast is added. Could not fix quickly leak from under the lavatory in my room, but offered to move to another room.

We chose the Novotel Lisbon as it had a pool and sun lounger area for down time, which was great. The breakfast we’re great and the staff in bar area in the evening were very accommodating. Staff overall were helpful. getting in and out of Lisbon was easy using Uber (cheaper than 3 of us on the metro and the metro is good value!). The room was a good size and big enough for 3 adults. The bathroom looked new and was big.

FYI when by the pool air planes fly over regularly. Tbh, it didn’t bother us and you can’t hear them in the hotel at all. We read reviews before we came and I was worried as they weren’t good but we had a great stay.

Perfect hotel perfect people excellent breakfast. Everything is great. The hotel is near the center they have taken into consideration a lot of things to make it and it was really really cheap for Novotel.

The staff is a problem like everywhere in the world. They don't put the effort needed in the hospitality. You can't ask every day the same customer about room details it shows you are amateur. When customer complaints about something you don't say everything is great you are wrong you just go check and at least pretend you are doing something. And most of all you smile you are not administrator in Microsoft you are in a hotel. But as I said that is everywhere. People are not willing anymore to offer hospitality services they might be fed up with demanding customers.

Everything the hotel is beautiful clean great breakfast and great people. Of course if they were smiley and saying goodmorning, thank you and goodbye would have been better. But that shows us the big problem we have in tourism. If novotel cant find the right employees imagine the rest hotels. It's a pity hospitality employees not to be hospitable at all not even a goodmorning. Arrogant caring only for themselves. Also the image of a male dressed as female at the reception is too much. Everybody has their preferences and life but at work we all should try to offer what customers expects and not what we want.
