Very nice hotel with many services (room service, mini-bar, shuttles, etc.). The common areas (restaurant, bar, reception) are perfect. The breakfast was really good with a large choice. I liked the air conditioning in the room and the smell of the shower gel and shampoo samples. A big Lisbon guidebook was available in the room. The shower was nice. The hotel is pretty far from the city center but the area is more calm which is good for travellers coming to Lisbon for business purposes. There were many public transports around (Sao Sebastiao metro station, many buses and possibility to easily get a taxi).

The beds were small (it's always appreciable when travelling alone to get a double bed instead of two single beds) and the bedsheets not convenient. Despite the shower was basically nice, the water temperature was fluctuating which can be uncomfortable. For travellers who wish to visit Lisbon's town centre the hotel may be a bit far, taking public transport is necessary to reach the old centre.

The staff has been very kind, we arrived in the morning but we could do the check-in only from 2 pm onwards. So we parked the car in the parking lot below the hotel, we explored the city up until 11 pm, and then when we got back we did the check-in. The hotel is not in the city center, but there's the São Sebastião metro station right behind the hotel where you can get the blue metro line (Azul) to get to the center, or take the bus from an even closer bus stop. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The bathroom is very big. The parking lot below the hotel has a very thin entrance, but it's extremely cheap and very convenient. There's a big bar behind the reception where you could spend a nice and relaxing evening after having toured around the city all day.

I don't think there's something that I didn't like about this hotel. Maybe parking in the parking lot below the hotel can be a bit challenging if you have a big/long car, but its convenience and its price make up for it.

Room has enough space and was clean. There are rooms with windows that can be opened - it was perfect to have some fresh air - but some others (kids were there) were not openable. Air conditioning went perfectly. However the flights come frequently, it look close to the hotel but the noise was not disturbing with closed windows. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. The only missing thing is a little shelf in the shower cabin, as at present the bath gel is put on the floor. All the receptionists are very friendly and helpful and speak English fluently.  Breakfast is good, especially the coffee (espresso) is perfect. There are salamis, hams, fried bacon and fried vegetables and many types of fruits and sweets. They are good, delicious. The hotel is in nice vicinity. Thanks again the welcome "pack". I am really grateful for it.  The red line of the Metro is only 3 min from the hotel so it is easy to reach the centre (15min) and even the airport.

What we did not like was the scrambled eggs. Some little noise from the corridor, perhaps the closure of the doors and some pipe noise.

Breakfast buffet was very good, but no freshly fried eggs - just scrambled or hard boiled. No real bacon, just grilled presunto. Good location/nice neighbourhood near the Gulbenkian. Pleasant desk staff.

Pillows were fat, hard spongey things. Hott and horrible to sleep on. Give me a natural fibre or feather any day, and as thin as possible for the health of my neck. The bedroom floor was gritty under my bare feet, hence not clean. Bathroom central light was all wrong. When you use a mirror, you need light between you and it for things like shaving, make up, putting in contact lenses. The coffee wasn't great. We had our own ground coffee and Aeropress, but there was no electric kettle in the room.

Very friendly, efficient, welcoming staff. Good breakfast selection. Welcome cookies were very good. Plenty of parking garages around. The one attached to the hotel is very good value at 5 euros per night with hotel validation.

The shower in Rm 617 was not draining properly and can flood the bathroom. Two small bottles of water only on first day? For a 4* hotel, there was no coffee/tea making facility... A Covid measure? Sound proofing not too good. Fortunately, the traffic is quite light but one can hear the neighbors.

Overall very good experience, good value for money, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Lisbon without killing the budget for more "fashionable" areas. - Super friendly, smiling stuff, always ready to help - this makes the whole difference - Very good breakfast with nice pastries and good coffee - Great location - São Sebastião metro station (red and blue lines) is just 3 mins away. You can easily get to any part of the city or to the Airport - Nice lounge and bar - Room was quite basic for 4*, but very well cleaned and had all you need

- More comfortable bed would be appreciated :) - Sound isolation in the building is not great. It did not disturb me, but if you're sensitive or traveling with kids you may consider it

This hotel was chosen because it was close to the Gulbenkian Museum. It was a block away...turn right at the corner of the park. We went left and had to circle the whole park. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Reception was very helpful with directions and were kind enough to print out something we needed. The hotel is near many charming restaurants (go left.) After a stay in the Alfama section, this hotel provided us with an oasis and another view of Lisbon. The name is cool, too. Ask them what it means.

- Personnel was very friendly and polite - Wifi was excellent in all locations - Location was convenient for us because of the close by metro station and playground for children. Also close to the mall "El corte Ingles" with plenty of stores, restaurants, and a supermarket. - Beds were huge and very confortable!

- Rooms are somehow small but not uncomfortable. - Our worst experience was regarding the poor soundproofing between the rooms. We had two adjoining rooms and could hear nearly all sounds from each other's rooms. Having two little children, we were constantly worried about the possibility of receiving a complaint from another tenant for disturbing.

Great Breakfast, the staff is helpful and very friendly. They accommodated a few changes for me which was really nice. The location is Great, just a few minutes away from the station.

Maybe put some background music at the bar. The silence is kind of a mood killer even for my almost 60 years old mom.

Breakfast is quiet vast, they have all option of bread (gluten free, lactose free) and lots of fresh fruits which is rare in Europe. Also cheese and ham. Room is very spacious and clean, I would definitely recommend that. 2 metro stations nearby

Portuguese staff were very rude to us Brazilians, I felt that with reception staff during check in and checkout. Everyone else was super nice. But that was pretty minor, I'd definitely ignore that and stay at this place again
