All of the reception staff were so helpful, warm, friendly, and professional. Their help and advice about the metro service, about where to go and anything in the hotel, made my holiday so easy and enjoyable. I give them 10 out of 10 for their excellent customer service. The rooms ( although it stated ) are not sound proof. Other adjoining guests had their TV on loud until late. Although the hotel can't control what others do, maybe a sign reminding people others may want to sleep. Also when the doors close they slam and make a very loud noise, my room even shook with the vibration. Other than the noise factor I would still go back again . It was a very pleasant experience

Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices. Location is good, near the beach and 3 min walk to the bus or tram station (500 bus takes you directly in Porto center area and sometimes there are double deckers on this route). Airport is reachable with direct bus or with taxi/uber/bolt and it's not expensive. The room was clean. The pool was nice, the water was warm (too bad that the pool was closed 3 days from my 6 days stay, because water was changed). A lot of good restaurants choices in the area.

There was a slightly smell in the bathroom, which was not so nice (cause by moister or sewer, even if the bathroom was clean and looking good). The bed was too soft for my back. The location is good, but for visiting Porto, be prepared to wait the public transportation and the journey to take some time, 30-50 minutes (the bus/tram have a schedule but in most of the cases the hours are not according to the reality).

The hotel was very clean, super friendly staff. Our room 112 was excellent position for spa, pool, gym and restaurant . A variety of food for breakfast and a long breakfast slot. Lots of very popular restaurants on the door step. A huge sandy beach a 2 min walk away. Much quieter than Porto.

Being given a double room instead of a twin which we booked well in advance. Although staff did offer to try and find us another room the following morning. We were only there 2 nights didn’t seem worth the effort to move. Also no tea of coffee facilities in the room, but did have a mini bar of soft drinks and crisps.

Great place located near to Matosinhos beach and fish’ restaurants. Hotel is pretty new, everything looks good and clean. SPA area is awesome, there are two saunas and hitting pool for everyone(not a lot indoor pools are in Porto, so it is really great benefit). Breakfast is amazing: big variety of dishes, everything is tasty and delicious. They offered a free 10-minute massage for one person as a holiday gift.

it was surprising that you need a swimming cap to use a pool, you can buy it at place.

We loved being outside of Porto to be able to discover the Oceanside wonder and culture. Great neighborhood just steps from the beach and promenade, restaurants all around, and 5-10 min walk to bus/metro stops. 30 min all in all from Trindad in Porto Ctr but direct and easy. We also loved finding freshly-chilled vitamin water (with fresh fruit) near the lifts as it was very hot outside.

Very nice stay, the room was clean and with a pleasant view of the ocean from the balcony. The space is enough, the bed is king-size and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a convenient location to go to the beach, for a walk/run and has good restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Nothing really to point to besides the parking space, it's not much.

Beatriz on the welcome desk was amazing! She made sure we had coffee every morning when our baby woke up super early and helped us with lots of issues after our flight was delayed. The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and right outside several fabulous fish restaurants. Rooms are modern and clean although sometimes you have to request tea/coffee making facilities. The spa and pool are superb - brand new and usually empty!

Very minor things - small face towels, coffee machine in the room, and an earlier breakfast time!

Location, Room size and quality were amazing! Also amazing sound isolation, we had a gigantic window facing the ocean with really bad weather and we couldn’t hear any noise.

breakfast quantity was good but quality was not so great. The pool and fitness are not part of the hotel and have to be pre-booked in advance with a short time interval (impossible to use before and after office hours)

Yes the breakfast was amazing. Huge selection with many fruits and vegetables, pastries, fresh whole grain bread, eggs, sausage, even vegetable/ mushroom stir fry, yogurts, etc. They had everything even my favorite tea Roobios! Also the service in the cafeteria/banquet room by Leicia (spelling?) and Mariana was very attentive and also friendly. I will definitely be using this and any other Eurostar Hotel again!

You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool and it costs €2.50 per person - so annoying. Then we went to buy one and they’d sold out for that day and wouldn’t let us in the pool. The lift is vey small and slow.
