Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pool bar was great! Beach chairs was great.

The bathroom window and the fact that the test of the system wasn’t specific to what would be said. Hours after lights flashing the message to evacuate came on and I thought was real because it said this is not a test. I was in a panic and then to top it off the doors in the the stairwell are not marked very well still when you get to the bottom to exit. It actually doesn’t have an exit at very bottom it’s the laundry room. This information should be marked on the stairwell door. Maybe say exit at this floor to leave building safely. I was in a panic then had to go back up 2 flights because the bottom wasn’t a clear exit. I was very upset, stressed and disappointed. I did bring this to the person at front desk.

The ocean front room view was exceptional! We stayed on the 10th floor and having the ability to open up the sliders and not only see , but hear the ocean throughout the night ! The Lona restaurant also had great drinks and tasty food and again able to enjoy the ocean view!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was a disappointed with the room bathroom it was dated and I expected more of a spa feel with an updated shower , instead of a tub/ shower combination.

The location of the hotel is great, beach is beautiful and access to the beach via the bridge is very helpful if you have kids...The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was really good for breakfast as well as supper.0

Parking is ridiculously expensive for guests. The daily parking fees where almost as expensive as the daily car rental rate. We had issues with the bathroom door in our room. The door fell out of its track, but was not a huge issue. Our shower was leaking from the base of the handheld shower gun, it made if a little difficult to keep the water inside the shower area.

We loved the location of the resort! It was so convenient to be able to walk from the hotel to the beach using the walkway in a matter of minutes. The pool was great, never too crowded and always chairs available.

We liked pretty much everything about the room and our stay. The one exception was the sliding door for the bathroom. You cannot lock the door and also there are holes in it, which is just an extremely bizarre choice. It made it difficult for our family with 2 toddlers who could open and close the door anytime they wanted.

Fast room service, fast valet parking, Lona restaurant was amazing, nice view, good customer service, super clean room and facility, i really cant complain about 1 thing. I spent 3 nights there and was really good!

The only thing i understand will be better if they let you know when you checking in that they charge you for parking (valet only), even is a very good service i love it, just let people know ahead!

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. I loved that the room was exactly as pictured. Loved the friendly and helpful staff. Anthony (on the beach staff member) was wonderful! 5 stars! I asked him for a beach towel not realizing you're supposed to bring the pool towel with you when going to the beach side (which was fine because I had my own beach towel inside my tote) but minutes later Anthony showed up with 2 towels for me. Housekeeping were so friendly and sweet! Bartender (by the pool) was funny (patient😅) and the drinks were great. The food was very good. The server seemed to be in a mood, took forever to take my order when there were only 2 other couples seated eating/waiting so I just walked over to the bar and placed my food order with the bartender (wish I'd asked her name, she's petite, short dark black hair) whom was actually pretty busy making drinks but still happily took my order.

I didn't like that there is a DAILY $25 Seperate Fee for beach umbrella usage in addition to the DAILY RESORT Fee! Why not just include ALL FEES in the price of the room so that we might be able to just enjoy our stay carefree?

The grounds were clean and well appointed and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The rooms, while on the smaller side were clean and fairly luxurious. The oceanfront view couldn't be beat. The walkway to the beach from the pool area was a great touch. The music by the pool was great and relaxing. Good DJ.,

As we didn't use every aspect of the facilities, not much, Maybe the service by the pool/ Waves was a little slow, but with everyone flagging down the waiters/waitresses, to be expected I guess.

Everything was as we expected, great location, fantastic facilities, very good food, great service. All our interactions with the staff were excellent, everybody was helpful, kind and accommodating.

The layout of the rooms is a little bit odd, the bathroom has little isolation from the rest of the room, so it lacks a bit of privacy. Other than that, beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite big.

The staff was great at every point of contact. We enjoyed our stay here more than our trip to Miami. The ocean was beautiful, and the grounds were maintained well. My only complaint was the pool. The water was always very cloudy and we couldn’t smell any chlorine. I only went in once and would use the rinse to cool off because I didn’t trust the water quality. We spent most of our time on the beach which was great. The surf was very gentile making entry/exit easy for me.

The pool water was always cloudy. Needs better filters or more chemicals! Gross.
