The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When I requested a microwave they brought it to me right away. Dulce is very nice, she completed all my requests, she is the type of person who enjoys helping others, she has a big heart. The housekeeping staff also lent me a phone charger and gave me some of their own pills for cold symptoms. On the other hand, the other receptionist on the day shift (I don't know her name, she's American), doesn't lift a finger for anyone. She just wants to do as little as possible.

The maintenance guy is very rude. He shouldn't work there. They had called him from another room where the TV didn't work, he got confused and knocked loudly on my door waking me up, he barely apologized, he only said a weak and insincere "sorry", and only because (after having told him it was the wrong room) I stayed silent waiting for his apology, if it weren't for that he was already leaving without saying anything. When he said sorry I said "Yeah, that's the least you could say after waking me up for nothing" and he got upset instead of being humble.

Not as friendly this time

One thing l didn't like as soon as l arrived the police seemed to be checking plate stickers, it's not the hotels fault. But it made me uncomfortable, because the way they did it, l just arrived in the parking lot and they pulled in front of my vehicle and my sister just called me so l am now on the phone with the police looking at me. Then the police proceeded to drive around to the back of my vehicle to look at my plate sticker. It was just rude to do when just arriving and parking could have waited until l was inside the hotel.

Everything! It is always clean. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and greetings all around. They handle business when it comes to complaints and things. They are always above and beyond. Deborah, Dulce, Monica, and all the staff is just amazing! Thank you!

Very clean & service animal friendly.

I asked Naomi to ask staff not to knock on my door, because I really needed to eat & sleep. On a 2,013 mile road trip. She gave me reasons why they have to knock on my door. My request was disregarded. They even sent a male staff to Only Vacuum at My Door, while I watched him. Very Distespectful. Yolanda S

This hotel has a lot of parking. The check in process went really smooth. The front desk staff were very friendly. We got a king size bed room and it was really big. The bed was comfy. It was a quiet hotel!

The elevator was not working, but it was not really a problem for us. The towels were rolled very nicely, but when I grabbed one there was hair on them. Other than that, no complaints.

-I loved that it is comfortable and very quite. The staff are very nice and Deborah in the front desk is amazing. They are always about safety and security. The surroundings are quiet and they always put the guests first.

Everyone here is so nice and very helpful to me as i have trouble walking. Havent had any issues here.

Hotel could be sound proof as far as the rooms are concerned. That would be the only thing.

Clean, friendly staff, good value for the money, close to OHare. Room was very basic but clean and comfortable.

There are NO places to eat after 9 pm or so within a reasonable driving distance. If you are checking in late, be sure to dine before check-in or bring something to eat with you. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbors, you are going to hear them as the walls are definitely not soundproof.

I stay there 70 percent of the year. The direct TV is always a problem. It works fine for a few day's then it's searching for a signal all the time. It's also sunny so they can't say it's due to clouds or rain.Very frustrating. I work a physical job all day and I look forward to watching some TV before bed and I can't many nights.

I was only here for one night, but I was very happy with my stay! The bed was super comfortable and the room was super clean! I wish I had a chance to order room service or grab breakfast. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and for longer!!
