As usual, Hilton Hotels are my 'go to' in every city of the US during my travels for business and personal. The hotel was clean and inviting, the beds were nice and comfy, no complaints on the atmosphere.

There was a power outage in the neighborhood that affected the hotel, so there were no working elevators, and parts of the room had no power, at times (bathroom, air conditioning). We had to climb two flights of stairs. I have some knee problems, so I wasn't expecting that.

Spotless, tidy, airy and well-lit lobby and entry. Check in was fast and pleasant with a friendly desk person. Good breakfast.

Breakfast and morning desk staff were visibly annoyed and didn't try to hide their irritation at our large group gathering for our day. Service with a smile is important regardless, as our group was being polite, we were just taking up space.

It was hard to get the right temperature in my room, 228. I had to adjust the thermostat frequently. Either too warm or too cold. Also, water got through the gaps in the glass shower door if the showerhead was hitting the glass door directly. Just had to make sure the showerhead was pointed away from the door. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Very nice clean rooms and a very spacious shower.

One night I had my smoke detector chirping every 10 minutes. I was offered another room, but it was 10:00 at night and was not in the mood to go down to change plus having to pack all my belongings.

Loved the location, the vibe of the hotel & area, the cleanness of the room! The room was cozy & felt like home away from home! The hotel staff were very professional & warm! Was a great experience & we will for sure be back, God willing!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Convenient, quiet, awesome front desk staff.

The morning coffee bar was subpar. There was no creamer and very few alternative sweetener options. The K cup in the room was the worst coffee I have ever had. Hotel coffee is never great but this was absolutely awful.

The bathroom could use a brighter light. I couldn’t really see what I was doing when I was applying my make up. Also a rearview mirror that folds up against the wall would be nice. There was no double lock on the door that folds across.

Staff was friendly, hotel clean and easy to access, located near lovely mall and restaurants.

Could provide more info about surrounding area ie, great mall nearby, food reviews/listings

my daughter thought it was a continental breakfast and got a bill surprisingly, better signs to make it know it is not free breakfast, Wish there was continental breakfast for guests

Very Clean, Nice location. Didn't have any problems with noise from other guests. Loved the bartender Daveeeeeeed and Chef Jeff so make sure you stop by and say hi to them during your stay!

The shower in our room has a large gap in between the wall and the door and water spray out of the gap the whole time you're showering, which ends up soaking the floor. Otherwise everything was great!
