Was just fine for a one-night stay by the airport at a reasonable price. The breakfast was ok - typical continental options and one hot option: a waffle maker. Staff was friendly.

They seem to be cutting costs on cleaning services by having us request specifically when we want room service if it's not been the 3rd night yet. Which personally I'm fine with. I usually don't like leaving my stuff in the hotel with the risk things of high value might get taken, so having room service only when I'm ready for it was perfect.

There's a glass door to get into the hallway that leads into our rooms. There is a key card next to the door that looks like it should be used to get in, but it wasn't working. Even though our rooms were locked, the added extra feeling of security would have been nice had the outside hallway door lock also worked. Hypothetically anyone not staying at the hotel could go inside and wait outside of your hotel door.

Walkable from the airport. All the staff I met were very friendly. The waffle maker for breakfast. The bed was comfortable

The hot water didn't come through in the shower properly. The water was only heated up enough to take the chill off but didn't even get warm even after running the water for 10 minutes. Sound travels through the walls. I could clearly hear my neighbours talking and also their TV, which they had on all night

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Security, the hallway yo the rooms had a key card reader but was not in use. Would have felt safer if outside folks did not have access to room hallways

I love the comfort of the bedding. It was beyond my expectations prior to booking a budget inn hotel. I love how clean the room was, how quiet the property was during the night and the friendliness of the staff.

Good rooms, nice area, walking distance to a great food truck, and staff were very responsive.

I arrived at night and it was very hard to find a lightswitch for the room once I entered. The showers got water everywhere. There were no trash bags in any of the cans. All in all though, very minor problems for a cheaper hotel and would still recommend or go back.

Super soft bedding and comfortable mattress! The service at the front desk was great and because our flight was leaving before breakfast, she let us grab a couple items the night before.

It's an older hotel so we could hear the room above us moving around. Set the AC to 68 and it still felt warm, but it's July in Fresno.

very close to the airport and they provide a taxi to the airport. they make the arrangements and the taxi was on-time. Facility was clean and beds comfortable. it is an older facility that could use updates but I don’t mind paying less for a clean facility that needs some updates. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff very nice. I would stay again and would recommend.

Breakfast was ok. The pre wrapped danishes were on the dry side. Other than that breakfast was food. My room was clean & comfortable. The staff is very friendly. They are very accommodating.

Great place to stay. Staff is fast and friendly. The rooms are big with comfy beds. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Overall atmosphere is friendly and a good value too. Check out til noon.

Didn't like there wasn't a barh tub and a $150 deposit
