the hotel was great. We loved the specialty coffee machine and each had several great coffees every day, The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean and well maintained, It is close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend it,

The wifi was horrible but the hotel was pretty full so when everyone was on it there was a tendency for it to drop us. It was slow but as I said the hotel was full and the number of users was high.

I always stay at this Best Western when I come to Hemet. The staff & team is wonderful, xlnt customer service! The breakfast is always delicious too.

A small minor issue. The bathtub had no stopper/missing plug to take a bath/fill up the tub. I improvised using a wash cloth to act as a stopper in the drain to fill the tub for a quick bath.

The breakfast was excellent every day, as was all of the staff. Beautiful. They did tell me not to go out at night. I appreciated the advice.

I did not want maid service, but the shower floor was slippery. It's not a good idea to position the headboards back-to-back against the wall with so little insulation in the walls when you have zealous neighbors.

Staff Vicky was outstanding in service that was provided over the phone . thank you for canceling our stay due to safety reasons since your location was 30min away for us to drive . You can tell staff cares and take there customer concerns in high consideration in making there customers safety a high priority please reward Vicky for outstanding customer service and care . We urge no one to drink and drive stay safe .

Everyone was so nice and it was clean. I was gone most of the day but when I came back my room was always clean and fresh

The only thing that I was uncomfortable was that the bed in my room was to high for me and my sister. Other then that we were happy with everything.

Staff was amazing. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up needing to change our check in time twice and on a day of our check in due to traffic from LA and they were so nice about it! Front desk staff was very kind and understanding.

We stayed at the hotel on 2 separate nights and we were able to leave our car there for the night in between, which we were very grateful for. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and we slept with the window open - it was so quiet! Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in clerk was very nice, and the housekeeper was nice. The hotel was quiet.

The mattress was extremely firm. The electrical outlets were not all working. DirectTV was spotty. We felt rushed when the clerk called the next day at 11 to tell us to check out.

The location was close to where my aunt lived which made it easier to celebrate her 95th birthday. There were several restaurants nearby as well.

The bathroom and breakfast facility could be a bit larger.

The hosts there were friendly, and the reception we got made our stay homely.

There was just nothing we didn't like. Me and my wife had a relaxing time there.
