Great location next to the airport and car rentals. Alfo, quick access to freeways. Breakfast was super nice! Modern elevators was a plus also since kids can't delay ups and downs!

Parking fees are definitely a sad situation. We parked across the street for 8 dollars less than at the hotel! Clients shouldn't need to have to park two blocks away. It was worth it to save 8 dollars a day (gas money) but the hotel should be embarrassed at their high priced parking for guests! Seventeen dollars as opposed to 23 dollars is significant! Hotel should at least match that price of 17 dollars and clients would have a less stressful event and better satisfaction!!! Other than that, our stay was very nice!

Nice hotel. Very clean room, and comfy bed. Convenient location. Shuttle to airport right on time.

Breakfast buffet didn’t have many options. I was awoken by noise (talking/ tv) coming from the room next door…

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Dean on reception in particular was a great help.

The airport shuttle service struggled with the high volume of traffic over thanksgiving. We were glad that we decided to take an Uber. The hotel could do more to monitor this situation- track whereabouts of buses, check traffic status, suggest/offer alternatives.

Especially, Alexandra (Sascha) who works at front desk helped with our checking in process very much. I have to say that we chose this hotel because it had breakfast. But I cannot call that breakfast. We stayed there 7 nights and they served the same food every single day. There was no diversity. The last day we talked about this issue with Sergio, he said that they are working on it and he will bring this issue up to the owner and management.

Our king suite has a very generous room size, the decoration is modern and makes the suite very comfortable. We loved the super big size bed, clean bathroom and comfortable sofa. The hotel is not too far from the airport, easy shuttle bus (free) was very useful. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel could have provided complimentary water (or even just a jar of tap water), for the price we have paid. One more thing, we have put 'Don't disturb' sign outside of the door (as we don't need cleaning up or new towels), but when we came back the room has been entered and cleaned. (We appreciated the cleaning/changing towel services of course).

Great location, next to the LAX airport. Super comfortable bed, felt like sleeping in a cloud. Room was big with a little sofa, desk and a big window facing the airport. We didn't hear the airplanes during the night which was great. The rooftop pool was nice, we used at night before closing, which is 10pm. Breakfast in the morning was ok, don't expect service, but you have everything you need to start your day: coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, different kind of bread, yogurt. Parking just behind the hotel, very comfortable with reserved space for hotel guests.

45$ a day for the parking is a bit expensive, but you don't have a choice if you want to go in and out easily.

Very spacious, practical and comfortable rooms! No noise from the airport as we had an interior room. Nice and helpful staff. Fast shuttle to Lax. Our family used it to chill out/buffer before taking our flight back to Europe after 4 weeks on the road. it worked very well for that as we could drop the car the day before and relax in the pool till flight time. good breakfast.

The pool is missing shadows/umbrellas. July sun was too hot and there was not a single shadow in the pool. Also the top/pool bar was closed during all our stay which was a surprise considering we stay during the Summer season. Our room was excellent, spacious and comfortable but without a window. it would had been nice to be informed at the check in of the lack of windows as kids were looking forward to watch the airplanes. However the silence was welcome :)

Despite being less than a km from the airport and along West Century Blvd, it is setback from the road by lawn and gardens rendering it ver peaceful. So peaceful in fact as we were sitting having drinks on the terrace by the lawn, a pair of rabbits popped out to feed. Unbelievable in the madness that is LAX, but they had plenty of lush food and great vegetation forming perfect shelter, so long may bunnies rule.

The access. Despite a sweeping driveway up to their front doors, access is through a parking garage at the rear. The signage is confusing, as are the directions sent on the day of arrival, and parking, unloading, checking in and moving again is such a hassle, even after you locate the right entrance. Hopefully it is only bureaucracy keeping the front driveway from use. A better restaurant would also be welcome. The current bar and restaurant staff are fantastic, but the menu is basically diner food. We went next door for really great sushi, but in an equally diner like atmosphere.

Staff I'm handicapped. I came to LA for medical treatment at UCLA. I arrived mid morning on Tuesday and asked Dean to store my bags until check in time. He and his colleague told me "Why don't we see if we have a room available now?" They brought a chair so i could sit down. Then they searched for the perfect room. They found 432 which was next to the elevator with a walk in shower Also liked the pool area and the architecture and decor. Convenient airport shuttle

The breakfast was amazing! Me and my husband were already spending a lot on our honeymoon so having a free breakfast that was delicious was perfect for us! We also loved the Taylor swift decor since we didn’t get to go to the eras tour.

This isn’t so much about the hotel but I booked the hotel through booking.com and checked out a day early so I still had to pay for that last day I wasn’t there. It’s not the hotels fault just my lack of knowledge but this was the only thing I didn’t like about the whole stay.
