Love it here. We stay often just to get away and be alone. Staff Is great. My love & I call it our other home or our place. It's clean & comfortable or we wouldn't come to get away as often as we do. So much I'm on first name greetings with some of the staff and they know we usually request the same room number 🤍

Needs More Extra Blankets For Requests. We only ask for them due to I like to keep the room cool and my love like it's warm and freeze him out LOL.. otherwise it's a perfect place to stay. That's why we keep returning it's a fantastic place. I recommend it.

I liked how nice the one young lady was she was so sweet,polite, and helpful. When I had a problem with my room she fixed the situation. I loved the shower too. The room was clean too.

I didn't like it was a half room was expecting it to be a full room with a couch and it didn't even have a microwave in it.

Close to Light House Beach, maybe 6 minutes. Facility was clean and breakfast was stocked. Beds are amazing.

Elevators were a little wonky, so staying on the 4th floor was a drag but not the end of the world.

The staff was phenomenal!! the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good!

The pool area was questionable and it is awkward to get to it (not very good signage).

The hotel was right near the bridge to Canada and convenient to all the river walking trails. It was clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price.

No breakfast🤨 We’ve been to worse hotels that at least offered a bag breakfast. Floors throughout were nice when we arrived Saturday but by the time we left Monday they were sticky in lobby area and in elevator. Also carpet throughout needed to be vacuumed

Location to river walkway. Inside pool. Comfortable beds, Good coffee in lobby.

They advertised free breakfast with a disclaimer that covid-19 restrictions might void this offer but I would have rated them much higher if they made had any effort at all at providing some kind of breakfast: fruit, cereal, milk, yogurt or bagel would have made a world of difference. I have stayed at other hotels that cost approximately the same or less and was provided "to go" breakfasts. Also, small detail-pool was very cold. I got used to it but my wife wouldn't go in.

The staff (Destiny) and the jacuzzi tub was nice, I wish I could have taken the pillows home, good coffee.

The room was awesome, the only thing that bothered me was that the toilet needed cleaning better up along the inside of the rim. I kept noticing it from the jacuzzi tub. Yuck. Other than that we had a fabulous stay and the staff, especially Destiny, was awesome. 🙂
