The 35'-40' long oval heated swimming pool was good for short laps. Pool Hours 9-9 were good. Parking was free and easy. TV had lots of channels. Big nice bathroom. Keurig coffee system in room, refrig, microwave were good features. WIFI worked fine. Numerous outlets for plugging in chargers.

No luggage racks available and not much room to put suitcases, tho Nikki brought up two chairs for putting the suitcases on. Lighting in the room could've been better. Pool was closed for 2 hours mid-day on Sunday for cleaning, just when we wanted to swim.

I loved how comfortable the room was, the bathroom was a good size, and the bed very comfortable.

I went down for breakfast and afterwards when we were done eating the lady’s from the dining gave me a check when I booked it in with my room through booking.com. It wasn’t serious but I felt really nervous on whether I was suppose to pay or not. Plus I checked in my room really late after 11pm almost midnight due to the time I left my home where I live, plus traveling with a newborn baby and I did call to let them be aware but maybe I could have got a longer stay since I paid over 200 dollars and wasn’t there a full night.

Bathtub and shower were old and needed replacing. Shower curtain rod was not secure. Water flooded the bathroom when showering because shower curtain could not fully extend. Afraid it would come down. Reported it a few times. No solution.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff and accomodations were great.

A "team" of young lacrosse players and their families stayed the same weekend. Parents provided no supervision. Not the hotel's fault. Just making the comment.

The staff was exceptional and loved the evening attendant who was the BEST attention to detail and provided unbelievable courtesy to us arriving late. Highly recommend the breakfast service and the wonderful service provided the waitress who gave us and the whole restaurant incredible Family-like service. Highly recommend the hotel and compliments to the Management Staff for their customer service training.

The inside pool in the atrium is nice and we really enjoyed it with my toddler to relax and play after the day visiting and hiking. The breakfast for $5 per person was pretty good with a few choices of most common food for breakfast (crambled eggs, home fries, bacon, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, bread, etc)

The pool is supposed to closed at 8pm and the atrium should be a quiet zone after 9pm. However, for our last night, there were people playing, screaming and shouting in the pool / atrium until 12:30am. The rooms are located around and above the atrium and it was super noisy because there is a lot of echo and the sound insulation is not the best one.

Indoor pool and gym are great. Breakfast is very good and good value Free coffee and water available 24/7 Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for our purpose Huge car park

I was quoted $338 for 2 nights. They did not have a first floor room when I arrived. After getting the manager they found a room but at checkout the price was $358. I just paid it. They did give me a breakfast voucher because I had to wait a half hour to get the room. Still a bit sloppy.

Breakfast was excellent, place was clean and well laid out, good exercise area although I wasn't there long enough to use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the nightlight in the bathroom (not all places have one).

Front desk people were welcoming. The indoor pool was a bonus feature. The design with all the floors being able to see it was unique. Room was clean and modern. Love the long counter in the bathroom.
