We were on the top floor in the Executive/Primary Lounge access floor. It was nice to be able to get coffee, drinks, and light snacks anytime we wanted. We walked to a concert at the stadium and there are multiple restaurants and bars and shopping very near the hotel. Restaurant and bar in the hotel good.

Great other than that just be sure to ask for a room further away from the lounge access.

I liked the location and quick walkways to the convention center. Also the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The hotel was nice and the location was great but it was noisy and it was hard to get information about amenities and restaurants. Also parking was quite expensive for guests considering other nearby hotels offer free parking for guests. A discounted or validation option for guests would have made the stay perfect.

Convenient to convention center and staff was very nice, attentive, and helpful. Offered a comp upgrade to city view, however the view was a large parking garage with bright lights that stayed on all night and shined directly into the room. Breakfast was great.

The dinner restaurant was a disappointment. The variety was limited. Some of the lettuce on my hamburger was rotten like green slime and the lettuce in my salad was brown. I ordered a dessert and it had a rotten moldy strawberry on it with bumps on the top that I couldn’t identify. Most of the outlets advertised on the website were closed or gone completely. There were 2 spots that looked like they were still in business a coffee spot and a small market, but they were both closed at 4:00 on a Saturday.

The valet services were the biggest problem. We sat in line for easily 30 mins with only 4 cars waiting for someone to come get our keys upon arrival . The next day when leaving sent the text from the card 15 mins before coming down. Then sat and waited another 15 before asking the concierge if anyone was working. Then suddenly someone popped up from behind a counter and came out. Why wouldn’t anyone be at the valet stand the whole time ??! And to pay $35 dollars for horrible service is a joke.

The cleanliness

The room that I stayed in 1007, you could here the occupants as clear as if they were in the room with you. There was really no privacy. The sink in the room was slow to drain. The air in the room was too cold and could not adjust as my granddaughter that was with me made her cold worse because of the air in which we had to keep off. Then the room was a lil stuffy!

Everyone we encountered from the Hilton team was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with a pair of folks who made us feel good about our decision to stay at the Hilton. These were the woman that helped us get checked in and the valet who parked our car. We encountered these two again during our stay and were greeted very warmly, these two are great ambassadors for both Hilton and the city of Charlotte.

I loved the location of the hotel, the décor of the hotel, the staff, valet staff included were excellent. The bar and wait staff were excellent and friendly. The food at night was delicious also.

I didn't like the fact the hotel tried to charge my card 10 different times, when it wasn't even the card I used for check in. Once I left I received a call an hr later stating that my account had a balance. The same card that I used to check in with, they stated couldn't be charged for incidentals. However I had already checked out and received my print stating everything was fine. Next time all things need to be checked before departure, it was very irritating trying to drive back home and handle that at the same time. But the staff lady was courteous and apologetic and it worked itself out. Oh, I didn't like the price of the drinks at the bar, they're higher than club prices. 2 shots of Patron should not be $35.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good. Offered a variety of items.

Doors to the parking area weren't all automatic. The first set of doors you come through from the garage to the hotel you had to manually open which can be challenging when you have luggage to deal with.

The location was nice, I choose it due to close to venue I was going to and first time staying in charlotte, and was a nice hotel, being a past hotel manager, for a ritz Carlton, it has good and bad points.

There were luggage carts on our floor for both nights, which shows Noone was walking the floors. Also there were bags in ice room on our floor that was there the whole time we were there. Also the ice machine didn't work on our floor or other floors I had to go to 4 different floors to get ice. Finally paying over $220 a night then to charge $24 a night for parking is ridiculous. Makes me not want to stay at this property again due to it appearing Noone cares what the floors look like after they get your money.

Location was wonderful! We had to leave before breakfast. But we had supper at the restaurant in the hotel and it was beyond delicious! We loved everything. And even got upgraded to a room with a corner view! Location was wonderful and in walking distance to everything.
