I like the friendly staff I encountered. I lost my key momentarily and they were very cool about it. I didn't use the pool but I like that it was open. The air conditioning blows very cold!!

Upon approaching my hotel room door, there were lots of cigarette butt's in the parking lot. I'm am avid non smoker, it gives me a headache. People walk by smoking..it comes in the air conditioning..not ideal but you can't control other patrons...I needed to be close for my disabled daughter so it was a trade off. I would have liked a roll in shower! Pretty please make more of these available :)

Although it was close to I-40 highway, the rooms were behind the lobby and away from side streets, so it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the A-C was quiet and worked very well. The pool was very clean and looked like it was well maintained. Breakfast options were good. I liked that they had flavored creamers for the coffee.

All of the lampshades were cracked and worn, and needed to be replaced. The sink drain was an open hole, without a drain guard/strainer. There was no hair dryer, but the mount was still there on the wall.

Excellent and varied breakfast choices. Tex Mex restaurant within easy walking distance. Extremely comfortable beds. Very close to the botanic gardens.

There was no extractor in the bathroom. Some of the fixtures (towel rail and toilet roll holder) were loose. The interior of the refrigerator was slightly cracked although it did work perfectly well.

It was short distance to the hospital... the is a gas station in half block and there restaurant in 5 min.

The key card stop working often.

The young man at front desk was friendly and tried to see that we were taken care of following an unfortunate situation with a leaky wall unit. Our 2nd room though comfortable, was a noisier corner room.

Exceptional service, but noisy corner room was a problem. Mechanical unit?? in separate attached structure made for annoying on/off noise vibrations. Also, door didn't latch/lock properly.

Lady at check in is so friendly and welcoming. Ive been going here for the past few weekends and I will continue to stay here anytime I go to Amarillo. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great place to stay and relax when in Amarillo. 😊

Curtains were a mess. They drooped down as they were only held up by a few hooks, so it was hard to close them without worrying that they would all come down. And there was only one small trash can in the room. Pool was nice but I did step on some chewed gum and a used bandaid on the bottom of it.

The property was clean and in a good location and the staff was very professional. Very helpful and kind staff!

Limited parking one night due to large moving trucks. The helicopter pad was located right across the street at the hospital. This is of no fault of the hotel.😊

prefer queen beds, but not available at the price. Price paid seemed 5-10 dollars more that on the booking site. Would have preferred a site away from town (more along our route down from Colorado back to Austin - had to go well into town to stay at this hotel.
