Always had someone at the front desk if you needed anything

There was a pill left under the bed I'm assuming from the previous guests it was disposed of. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could have been replaced.

The location was right off the interstate highway I was traveling on and easy to find. With the door to my room closed I couldn't hear the highway traffic noise. The room was very small but clean and in good repair, with a queen bed, a mini-fridge and microwave oven, and since I was just passing through on my way to New Mexico that was all I needed.

The review questions asked about the breakfast. There was no breakfast but I don't think the motel advertised that there was one. A bench in some shade outside would have been appreciated.

I've stayed there several times. The staff is helpful and courteous. This is my halfway point to Co. Spgs. The rooms are clean and in a relatively quiet location close to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping.

The ice machines aren't working and they recently filled in the pool.

Very quiet. Very clean. Nice lil areas right around the hotel for folks to walk their doggies. No pet fees. All the fur babies are very well mannered. Front desk staffare amazing. Nice new covered patio area with grills.!

It was clean quiet and relaxing and I loved that my special request was filled

The pillows were flat and the phone in room was broken were my only complaints besides the TV was a dinosaur it still wotked so really nothing major

The hotel in general is a great place to stay especially if your on a budget and looking to stay long term. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice along with a cozy bed. I stayed on the third floor and liked the elevator. Laundry room is on the second floor which made it easy to do laundry.

I didn't like the fact that what used to be an outside pool is now a almost empty pool with nasty water chilling at the bottom.

Had a issue with our room Tonite first problem since we been here over last few days. Our tub filled with water when people around us showered. Front desk lady helped us out by moving us to new room for our last nite here. It was 10 at nite, we are driving to california in morning. We appreciate getting a new room but all I asked for was a little later check out so we could sleep she was gone next guy came on and flat out said no. It's whatever but we travel the usa for work and stay in alot of hotels I didn't think 30 extra min was much to ask for since we couldn't shower and had to move late at nite. But otherwise everyone else here we're great.

Basic room. Good value for the money. Microwave, fridge, satellite TV , wifi in the room. Free local calls. Soap, shampoo, towels provided. Daily room service if requested. The reception staff is helpful.

Away from public bus, but the city has poor public transport. Room cleanliness could be improved. No lobby coffee per city order! The pool is closed.

The front desk associate was very friendly and kind. The motel was appropriate for the price. I just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours and I was able to get some good sleep.

The elevator was a little scary
