We decided to make the trek only to find out when I arrived, I did not have a reservation. I gave the reception my confirmation # and she did not find the reservation, so I guess it was cancelled. She was able to find us a room and we were very thankful for that. I don't this I will work through booking.com again. I'd rather call the front desk.

Clean, comfortable room & great bathroom with detachable head shower (yay!). Room was spacious, lovely & had a wonderful kitchenette, which unfortunately we didn’t really have time to use it as we arrived pretty late but it was fab to put some items in the fridge & be able to boil a pot of water on the little stove, so I could enjoy a cup of hot tea as most rooms only have a coffee maker & I don’t drink coffee. The complimentary breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of hot & cold food & real butter for the toast, which I loved. As others have said, plastic cutlery & paper plates aren’t the most fun to use but I understand why places use them.

Not enough time to enjoy it but happy with everything, thank you!

We are so happy with this property! Our room was amazing, everything was so clean & really nice! Very comfy beds & pillows, great bath linens, LOVED the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash!! (Seriously, can we buy that?!) The hotel is decorated beautifully, very aesthetically pleasing & Amarillo centered. The spa (hot tub) & pool were both clean & the temperature of each was perfect. The size of the room was great! Breakfast was so nicely done, with fresh real scrambled eggs, bacon, & so many other choices, there is literally something for everyone's taste! All of the employees we encountered were warm & friendly, & helpful. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Amarillo!

Everything was absolutely great!

This Hotel is Beautiful inside! A bit hard to find where the entrance was. Kinda in a crowded area, although we do like being right in the middle of town and all the shops. BUT we were so happily Impressed. Such a lovely lobby, new and modern, smelled so fresh and was very clean. They had plenty of luggage carts available which is important to us. We genuinely felt so comfortable. The maids are friendly, happy and cheerful in the hallways which was refreshing. Breakfast was your average, no complaints. We will definetly stay here again when in Amarillo :)

If there would have been Hash browns or Potatoes in some form on the breakfast bar our stay would have been Complete Bliss...lol

From the second you walk in, you can smell and see the place is clean. They must be adding scent to the HVAC, because it is a strong, crisp, clean smell without being overpowering. Front desk was quick, friendly, and professional. Parking was close, tucked away, and well lit. (It feels like a parking area thieves would be uncomfortable in) Pool was heated and clean with plenty of towels stocked. Room had a large fridge and a cook top, and had a set of dishes and glasses for meal service. Overall this is one of the best stays I've had in years.

Front entrance is difficult to find and equally difficult to enter. There is a loooong low entry ramp from one side that has handrails preventing you from accessing from anywhere but the far end. From the other side you feel like you're going thru the wrong door, and walking thru an outdoor patio and grilling area. Front entrance could definitely use some good outdoor signage. It's not a deal breaker by any means, just a little awkward. On the plus side, the grade of the ramp seems very wheelchair friendly.

The cleanliness immediately is noticed and I need the name of that air freshener they use, LOL, but seriously the whole building and our room were extremely clean, the layout of the room may surprise you because you get more then what you expected like a dish washing machine in the room, awesome!!! Highly recommended stay, the staff was great.

The washer pressure in the shower was very low, and the USB Plug station had 2 connections but only one port worked. Probably should conduct an inspection on the rooms as one of the pillows on the couch had a hole in it.

This is a typical TownePlace Suites. I checked in early and was fortunate to be able to immediately get into a room, even though it was an accessible room. There was no significant difference for my purposes. Very clean and excellent service. There's a mini-kitchen which has an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer, which was helpful in my being able to re-freeze my ice bags. Breakfast buffet is good and basic. You won't go hungry at breakfast here. Lots of choices. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. The fitness room is well stocked with physio machines. The pool is good size but it is fully indoors. On a 95 degree day, it would have been nice to be able to be outside. There's two outdoor grills near the entry which I saw others using to cook outdoor meals. The parking lot is well lit, with substantial free parking. The front desk person said that it was secured by patrol.

The only downside is that the price was 10% more than I anticipated considering the nearby competition. Overall, I was satisfied, rested, and clean.

Parking lot was well lit and felt safe and secure. The whole hotel was well lit and extremely clean without having that strong chemical smell. Room was spacious, beds just right-just great all the way around!

The laundry was a little more expensive than other places so we didn’t have enough quarters and the front desk didn’t have enough change.

The location was easy to get to. The building is beautiful inside and out. It is well appointed and extremely clean. I have never seen so many guests sit in the common areas enjoying themselves. Every employee that I met was welcoming, accomodating, very friendly and helpful. Management, front desk, breakfast personnel, the wonderful housekeepers and maintenance were very good. Such an excellently trained and stellar staff. Our room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Very pretty interior design throughout the property. The free breakfast was very good and a cut above what I've seen in other places. There are so many choices. Lisa and Anna at the front desk were especially great and made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool and hot tub are awesome as well. I really enjoyed that room very much. We felt very safe and were able to get the rest we really needed. Best hotel in Amarillo. We will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

I really didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. The only thing I really noticed is that in room 123 the dishwasher needs to be installed better. When I tried using it, it would tip forward out of its little cubby hole, insulation and all. There was a very bad narrow ditch stretching from the Fifth Season Inn going all the way across the main entrance and has the potential to cause damage to cars.

I liked that my room had everything I needed, like a fridge and microwave, and kitchen appliances/utensils if needed. It was a super spacious room, and the bed was super comfy.

I’m a super clean and germ conscious person, and in ALL the hotels I’ve stayed in, the body towels are normally on a shelf, but the towels were folded and put on top of the toilet. And, while in the shower there was a curly short black pube in the shower..I have long blonde hair.
