Employees all over very friendly. Only when one was to busy on the phone to even notice us. Room clean and the special arrangement that we booked was very nice. Thank you to the housekeeping team. Breakfast selection was very good. We went in the evening to the Impressions Bar - friendly staff.

When we arrived at the entrance of the restaurant for breakfast, the manager was to busy on the cell phone to even acknowledge our arrival, not like the friendly waitress that greeted us in the restaurant and asked our seating preference. I was a bit disappointed about the signature burger. Rather on the expensive side for what you get.

The rooms are really spacious and clean. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming. The breakfast had a very good variety and the staff at the eggs live station were so nice. The waiter at the pool was very professional as well as the room service team.

The service at the restaurant near the pool is an absolute disaster. I do not blame the waiters, as they probably need more training. The manager didn’t seem helpful and assisting his staff. He knew that we were upset by the service, but didn’t bother to come see us. He was avoiding us instead, even if there were only 3 tables being served at the same time. We went there twice, on different days and it was still so poor. The food is good though.

we requested early check in but it wasnt accomodated we got the room after the assigned time by 1 hour and the excuse was the guest before you refused to leave on time the room was not cleaned well there were cigarettes that was for the previous guest

The piccolo was infinitely responsive. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight. It turned out that our covid vaccine certificates were not valid for our stay and a PCR test was required. He decided to organize it on the spot. They have pillows menu 😀

We didn't have information in advance that we must have PCR test for all public areas, including for the breakfast.

ROOM - Very spacious and they provided me a room with a great view of the mangrove forest. Plus they have prepared a surprise for me for my Birthday, very thoughtful presentation. STAFF- All in all one of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered, shout out to Jervee the housekeeping staff for cleaning our room spic and span; Rema from the front desk for helping us in time of need and AMIR from the concierge for the most informative room tour and the amiable Filipino male staff in the pool deck that handles shisha. AMBIENCE - Loved that we can just walk along the pier and enjoy the view or people watch while having dinner or coffee along the restaurants that dot the place as others enjoy doing water sports. FOOD - Ba Te Restaurant ( food by WAWA dining), Don't miss out on this place, very appetizing food and wonderful staff.

Breakfast -Very limited options, we had the same menu for breakfast for 2 days. Pillows- very uncomfortable soft pillows, we found the pillow menu too late.

The hotel website stated the rooms were sound proof and they were definitely correct. The bed and cushions were exceptionally comfortable too. The hotel had a very serene feeling. The staff were very attentive, especially Mr. Mo Hassan from the poor bar who looked after all of our food and beverage needs. Also a very nice fella to talk to. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint with a huge selection. Overall experience was excellent, relaxing and a great nights sleep.

Would have been nice to have a separate kids pool, whilst trying to relax in the pool there were a group of children shouting while throwing a ball to all corners of the pool. Its the parents job to ensure their children are aware of their surroundings and be considerate of others (i have children too) but the life guard seeing people were exiting the pool because of this could have maybe requested them to calm down a little, or had a quiet word with their parents.

We loved the warm welcome we received and the stunning outdoor lounge.

I hope all the staff having the same information to deliver it to the customer, my sister having a room with breakfast and since she is Disabled is difficult for her to have the breakfast in the restaurant so she requested for breakfast in room and they charged her but when she explained next day her situation again to other guy he gave her for free but as he mentioned that they cannot refund the money for previous day which is already charged

Good for an overnight stay between connected flights. Access to the pool seems 24/7 (not sure though), gym. Amaxing view of the mangroves. Note, no official access to swim in the mangroves channel (but you can try early in the morning before the water traffic - only recreational electric vessels and kayaks go there).

A little bit not up to the 2023 year room interiors. A little bit more personal attitude to the hotel guests would be appreciated.
