The staff were so helpful and friendly all the time. Probably the best customer service I have seen in a while. Awais (I think I spelt it correctly), was so kind every morning at breakfast and he always brought my daughter a baby chair and toddler friendly cutlery without fail. Breakfast was tasty with a very good selection and the waiters were so great. A special thanks to Mahammed and Ruhul who always brought my daughter what she needed. Housekeeping was equally quick to respond when we needed something (water, towels etc). The garlic fried rice on the in room dining menu was our favourite! Travelling with a toddler can be tough but I love how the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The hotel was a bit far from Yas island and corniche area where we spent a lot of time. We ended up using the taxi service a lot, however our family lived close by hence why we chose the location (walking distance to their apartment). So not a fault of the hotel, just mentioning it for those planning specific itineraries.

Value for Money, Spacious Room, Good food and Customer Service Based on my experience of staying there for two nights: 1. On arrival a bell boy greeted me and then offered to assist in carrying my bag. 2. The check-in took roughly 20min. The receptionist was cordial and apologized for the bit of delay with the check-in since they are still preparing the room when I arrived and then gave me a complimentary cookie because of such. 3. Room was clean and size is as expected / spacious and not dark (with all lights on) for a standard room complete with toiletries. Towels are of good quality, clean and thick. 4. Housekeeping addresses guest request timely and I reckon they clean rooms daily from what I have experienced - though only stayed there for 2 nights - housekeeping also asked if there is anything else they can help you with after they have addressed your request. 5. Their in-room american breakfast with bread basket and an assortment of fruit slices, a coffee and glass of juice were altogether of good quality and the portion was hearty (i.e. can be shared by two - only need to buy extra coffee/juice if food is shared). 6. Did not experience any problem with the AC thermostat which you can adjust to your liking 7. Check out was quick did it by phone to reception and the receptionist Jhoti was cordial 8. Hotel is situated between the city center and Yas - I did not find it an issue since I never experienced difficulty catching a taxi when I was there - alternatively, one can simply use Careem app to book a ride if there are no taxis in the immediate vicinity of the hotel 8. Hotel staff are courteous, warm and friendly.

I had exceptional attention and service from Mr Awais who was managing the breakfast area. He took care of my 10 friends and me on a very busy Eid Saturday morning, while keeping his composure. Thank you Awais! My room was also very beautifully laid out with all the comfort creatures I would enjoy!

The service for receiving our egg orders at breakfast was quite slow, on those busy days, there should be more than one egg station to have faster service. Also couple of the orders were incorrect, this is because the restaurant was quite busy. and there was only one chef cooking the eggs. Again, I alerted Mr Awais and he came over to apologise and make things better. We appreciated this. Overall is was delicious and quite a sumptuous breakfast with a good variety of food choices.

The room was very clean and spacious, all the hotel is very nice and there are 2 restaurant inside. We tried one and it was good. The staff is super kind and they were all super available and helpful. They helped us in finding a plug/adaptor for our devices the first night as we forgot one. And also at the check out, the receptionist Jyoti, collected our bag for the storage and they kept them all day and she provided information about the transport. Very recommended.

Nothing. Maybe a less positive aspect could be the location, a bit far from the center, but at the end is half way between the seaside and the Mosque, so I don't think it is a problem.

Pool small for kids but that is my opinion nothing bad

Check-in was seamless and the reception staff was very accommodating and paid attention to our demands. Essam was his name and he was a really good bloke, dude even threw in late checkout for us as we came in late. -Nice environment -Free underground parking -Clean room -Comfy bed and pillows We enjoyed our stay.

Water kinda gets to the floor when you shower cos the containment unit isn't sufficient and they could provide a floor towel as well. Apart from that, every other thing was kool.

The staff were friendly, rooms are spacious

We made a group booking for 3 families. Two rooms were on the same floor and the third one was one level down. The lifts work on the access card system, where it stops only on the designated floor where your room is. This made so many inconveniences for us to reach the below rooms Furthermore the breakfast was not up to the standards.

Hotel meets my expectations, great for family. Hotel is clean and neat, all staff were kind and helpful, staff cares about guests' happiness and satisfaction, special thanks for Mr. Ahmad Essam for his help and support. Also Bop and Mohammed were so kind. The breakfast area is wide and staff are kind, food was great.

Booking.com was not showing that the connected rooms has to be requested as we got 2 separated room for the 1st night but 2nd night we were able to get connected rooms.

Most of the things were good as a 4 star rating hotel.

I had a confirm booking. When i message hotel to inform them that my flight is at 2 am in the morning and my check in would be late. I got the reply after 20hrs that it depends upon availability. At that time i was already in my room. So there is no coordination while replying and also the reply message was totally insensitive and inappropriate. Breakfast was ok. Multiple varieties were there however chicken Fried rice were burnt so no quality control.

The staff were great and assisted me quickly and effectively when I had some issues with wifi in my room. All amenities were as expected and very much up to standard.

I didn't know the city well and it was further away from where I was working, but that's my mistake.
