During my stay, Moursi at the reception provided exceptional customer service. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality, I had an enjoyable experience at the hotel. I highly recommend it! Netflix as well on the TV’s is key in hotels, and thankfully it was there.

I had a remarkable stay at Damac Hills 2 by Rotana. I was able to avail a very attractive deal for my 3 night solo stay at the property. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Well kept. You have everything you need for a short business trip. The staff is very helpful and supportive. They were able to finish all the documentation and provide me with the keys instantly. The package came with breakfast included, large variety of items available for breakfast. The location of the property is slightly 35-40 mins away from downtown Dubai, however if you’re looking for a calm and quiet place to spend your holidays away from the city, look no further. As I was a traveller from Doha Qatar and arrived to Dubai by road, I needed the assurance of having a secured car park which was available at Damac. Very convenient stay. I would like to specially thank all the staff especially Jen and Somi at the front desk for always helping out when needed. Keep up the great work everyone!

I would not like to disclose any negative comments online however I did not find any major dislikes about the properly. I would only comments to give more attention to cleanliness inside the rooms. I have already informed the staff about the specifics of what I found, and they were very positive in taking it down and ensuring it will be done and not to be faced by future residents.

It’s a bit far from main city and other important places and offices No complete community markets are there around except few kms away one Carrefour expresss market n few fast foods . There’s miscommunication between staff that they have to improve .

My stay was 10/10 especially checking in with Sayed it was flawless. checking out with Morsi as well 10/10 staff members. i didnt have any problems with my stay the rooms were spotless and welcoming, definitely coming back by the end of the year.

I enjoyed the lighting set up and tone. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable and clean. The shower was clean and so was the finishing around bathtub and in the whole suite I was in which many hotels lack that tidy and cleanseness important details.

I needed to be sure to have a sunset or sunrise view as i find it important for any of my stays but I will be sure to request that detail which I'm %100 SURE they will be sure I have a room with that feature ☺️. Would've loved to have an espresso experience as I did in other hotels But all in All I am Very happy with my get away and stay there. The staff are so sweet and patient as well and let me stay an extra hour to check out because I over slept in the Amazingly comfortable bed 🤭. Hotel too far from centre! Not recommended if you are a tourist visiting dubai. Misleading information about bathtub. There was no bathtub in the room.

The restaurant staff. Most of them are exceptional and at 5 star level: Michael, Adrash, Riyas, Sobhi the supervisor, Lucky the F&B manager.

The housekeeping staff even though very nice and polite were a bit sloppy and not very accurate...
