I like this modern hotel very much! Stayed 3rd time already, previously was here couple of times in 2021. Nothing got worse during these years, just got better instead! Really like service and attitude, modern design, superb location and view, spacious rooms, exceptional breakfast and rooftop pool for sure! Great days spent in Dubai thanks to Address Beach Resort

Not so much to say here but it was a bit strange that minibar items were not replenished after consumption (without direct request).

The rooftop pool is fabulous. The hotel generally is great. The stuff are helpful. Room is clean. Lot's of restaurants and pools. Full control over your room with the tablet.

They had a weird routine for cleaning, even if you are in the room, the cleaning staff comes in after ringing the bell. We asked them not to do that, but the first time that happened was surprising enough. I hope they change this routine, so if you are already in the room, they don't come in. Otherwise you might take a shower and when you come back see you have a guest.

The hotel is excellent in all respects .. Let's start with the reception a stunning team from Yashua named Kaled is perfect .. Continue to Bill Boy someone named Ashraf what is nice kind just wants to help us .. Continue to the room cleaning team what is kind and nice and the room is perfectly clean not a single screw is missing and someone the name of us pande was perfect !! !! Continue to the staff of the food room everyone is nice but especially Lita the person in charge and bruce and thet and beth what is nice continue to the Egyptian cook a cute person who helps and reaches out and whatever we want brings us But the best of the best is ashraf bill boy no words more fantastic 😍

Every thing was perfect

1. Breakfast was really decent and good. 2. Stuff on the perception was very helpful and tried to solve all the issues which we faced during accommodation. 3. Clear in the rooms, no questions. 4. In generally good hotel, but they should invest more time and money in service team on the beach and pool.

1. We send couple of e-mails that we will be with 2 children and will arrive late - so please prepare additional beds in advance. And nothing was ready upon arrival, we needed to wait for a long time enough. 2. Stuff on the beach and pool crew wasn’t ready to such a big numbers is guests for NY. Service during 31.12.24 was slow, let say very slow and with mistakes in orders.

Wonderful hotel, excellent welcome, staff were super accommodating and we were quite surprised when a few of the staff came to take a picture with us as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing, and we really enjoyed the relaxing vibes at the adult pool. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely delectable.

The breakfast was quite disappointing for a hotel of this quality, especially an Address hotel where usually the breakfasts are top notch. There was quite a limited selection at the buffet, some of the food was not great and it is a shame they didn't have a live cooking station (although you could order eggs and other breakfast items from a menu as well).

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, ALTHOUGH IN MY OPINION FEW THINGS NEED IMPROVING.

THE BREAKFAST SURELY NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS. JUICES WERE NOT FRESHLY SQUASHED AND COFFEE OF VERY AVERAGE QUALITY, SUCH A PLACE SHOULD PROVIDE A BARISTA SERVICE AND INSTANT JUICE STATION. THE ROOMS DESCRIPTION ON THE BOOKING.COM IS MISLEADING. WE HAD BOOKED A " MARINA VIEW ROOM', BUT IN REALITY IT WAS A ' SIDE MARINA VIEW ROOMS". APPARENTLY THERE ARE NO MARINA-VIEW-ROOMS AS THEY ARE ALL TAKEN BY THE RESIDENCE WING. TOO COLD IN THE COMMON AREAS, MUSIC AT THE POOL WAS POOR

I had a wonderful experience staying at Address Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with water and towels, and our luggage was promptly taken care of, making our stay feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms are well-equipped with modern technology, and all the necessary amenities, toiletries, and more were provided. I was also pleasantly surprised by the minibar, as well as the drawers stocked with dishes, snacks, coffee, and tea. The breakfast experience was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The pools are absolutely stunning, and the restaurants are great as well. We only visited Zeta 77, so I can’t comment on the others, but it was a delightful experience.

Fabulous hotel! The staff are consistently incredible and attentive to every detail. Super quick and efficient.The pools are beautiful and clean. Mahesh and the housekeeping team went above and beyond for us. We didn't have a balcony room to dry our swimming costumes, but Mahesh was happy to dry them for us every day so we could comfortably use the facilities. Housekeeping would come by twice a day (unless you requested to not be disturbed). Once during the day for a freshen up and an evening routine to set up slippers and water on the bedside table. They also had an option for a 'hard pillow' i.e. memory foam. A wonderful relaxing, calm, and mature hotel - thankfully, it didn't feel like I was in a club the entire time! Great location with JBR restaurants a walking distance away. Would love to go back!

I loved everything! But I felt the breakfast lacked the super wow factor, though it was very very lovely! Everything else in the hotel surpassed our expectations, so the breakfast was 'lacking in comparison. The waffles were dreadful for me. But everything else was pretty amazing
