Everything was perfect. 1. Check-in took 10 minutes 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful 3. Excellent breakfast (porridge, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, beans etc) 4. Great location - 15 minutes from JBR beach (or transfer from hotel at 10.30 am/15.00pm ) - close to the promenade with a many shops, playgrounds and beautiful Marina Bay (excellent for walking or jogging) - 20-25 minutes to DMCC metro station - 5 min walk from two great supermarkets, currency exchange 5. Huge rooms, fully equipped with kitchen. Marvelous view from the balcony. Quiet and clean. Most of all rooms have a view to the calm and beautiful Marina Bay. 6. Swimming pool for adult as well as for children. In any time you can find a sunbed. Also, you can take towe4les for the beach. 7. Small but equipped gym 8. Great value for money

I’m confused… I’ve paid only AED2,3k (~$628) for 10 days, but… Price: for only AED2,3k one gets a very spacious 60sq.m. room (1 sleeping, 1 living, two full bathrooms and a kitchen) with a great 180 degrees view. Room service is highly recommended. Fairly priced and really good quality. Underground parking is included. Place: Location is really great. On a side of Marina, however the area is quieter, yet in proximity to e.g. Marina Mall (10mins walk), Blue Water Island (must see), beach. It’s nice to make a full walking loop back and forth along Marina. 2 supermarkets merely dozens of meters away: upmarket full range 24/7 “Choithrams” (left hand side) offering besides others Savushkin’ tvorog, Brest Litovsk’ smetana, Miratorg doctorskaya 😀, and a discounter VIVA (right hand side), so one can cook in the room and feel at home. Kitchen is fully equipped. Very good beds and unusually great sleep. Pool area is nice, open from early morning until 11pm. What is really great - the fact that the building is only 7 floors unlike other neighbourhood hotels in Marina, therefore you don’t feel like you’re staying kind of in a WTC - very few people around. People: this is my favourite part. The teamwork is very strong, they all are young, positive, extremely helpful and really customer centric. All one them. No exclusions. I’m really impressed. That’s the reason why I’m typing this feedback. They have actually made our stay. They don’t know the word “no”: a larger pan - no problem, Sir; clothes dryer - we don’t have but will find one for you; 3 towels - here you’re; wanna to change iron - with lightning speed. Incredible team, everyone, literally: front desk, concierge, housekeeping, lifeguards near the pool, restaurant. Herewith I’d like to specially recognise Adil & Jawaid. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for a short or especially long stay. No, its not Burj Al Arab, but price/value is unbeatable, sooo much comfortable, friendly and easy. 👍

I stayed with my mother in the hotel more than 10 days and we enjoyed very much. First of all I would like to admit that all the team was very helpful and friendly in the hotel. It was real feeling of being in a family. It was my second time in the hotel and for sure I will come back again. Thanks to all the team at Reception they were assisting in any details, girls were very helpful and thanks to Mr Adele he was helpful and kind. Everybody were very professional and provided us with really great atmosphere. When I requested to change the room they also made it for us at once it was possible. Special thanks to HK Manager Gold. She was assisting a lot and she is very professional. The room cleanliness was impicable. Thank you Pearl Marina for excellent vacation and for sure we will come back again.

Staff in the facility are excellent and helpful in all means . The food is wonderful and the restaurant staff are mazing too.

Good location near to supermarket and good restaurants on the rd outside as well as on the marina .suits what ever Ur budget ! 10 -15mins walk to DMCC metro. A relaxing hotel quiet and family friendly, v clean. I loved the staff v friendly and helpful. I loved the apartments I had 2 stays apart roughly 3 weeks in total .the apartments kitchen were well stocked with utensils and loved each the rooms . Comfy beds ,spacious apartments really good service from the staff ❤️from bell boys security, house keeping and reception Esp thanks to Goldie and her staff for looking after me, for reception I forget the names of all the guys but Mitzie and Mansi and all reception staff were were fabulous 😍. Always helpful bellboys always smiling super helpful. Steam room + sauna v good. Wish they had a jacuzzi and a pool that was bigger you do have the space!

I think the pool really is v small unfortunately and a jacuzzi is what's missing.

Breakfast buffet and also dinner buffet was always the same food items. This should be changed with high importance.

Pearl Marina is at an amazing location with everything close by. Good breakfast, JBR is 10 mins walk, DMCC metro station also 10 mins walk, cruises tour next door and good eat out options. Viva & Choitrams super markets are next door. Staff is very warm & accommodating. Specially Adil was amazing, made the entire check In & check out process so easy. We were celebrating our anniversary and Adil and front desk team surprised us with a cake and Roses bunch. The place and area has a great Vibe!!!

Very convenient location, comfy rooms, caring team, Marina views from the rooms, good price...and these are apartments. Great! And the breakfasts provided probably the best quality/price ratio out of my last 20 stays! A good buffet with hot food and fruits and all for the price of a single meal in nearby cafes, ouch, what a gem! I liked the food and never left hungry. Would go back for that breakfast alone :) But the hotel itself is totally adequately priced as well, especially considering that these are apartments. So you can cook you own food if you like. Studios didn't have their own washing machine but there's one powerful one downstairs for them to be used for free and I surely used it; other apartments have their own washing machines. 3 minutes away across the street is a very good 24/7 supermarket with solid choice and prices (Choitrams) and it really adds to the overall comfort. The team is very good as well. Special kudos to Zakaria and Adil who always answered my questions and helped with my requests and didn't even ask to mention them in a comment as teams do in many hotels. So the gratitude is sincere.

We loved the location, the staff were so helpful and polite especially Joseph who went out of his way. The room was cleaned every day and reception available for room service

The room wasn't what we saw on Booking.com as much smaller and less facilities
