I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their friendliness made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless, with every area maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional valet service, particularly provided by Alamin. His attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. The location of the hotel is perfect. My room offered amazing views, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous food places, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Overall, the combination of great service, friendly and accommodating staff, and the ideal location made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The only downside was that they only had 3 lifts, which had us waiting for a long time at times.

Wait for lifts was crazy, sometimes lifts will not even stop on higher floors. Staff were unapologetic about loud sounds coming from garden at 4 AM from removal of stage for 31st Dec event. I was told by reception personnel when called about this at 4 AM “anyways people are up as its new year”

Good choice of food and good quality for breakfast. Great room with a sea view. The chap who looked after our room, Zeeshan, did a superb job. Our room was spotless. Nice swimming pool.

On our last night we ate dinner at the Rosso restaurant. My wife ordered tagliatelli. It was served lukewarm and we should have complained, but we both ate some of it and were both ill the following day on our way home. On the day we left, we were due to be picked up by taxi at 10am. I rang reception at 9am to ask for our baggage to be collected. I was told someone would be with us directly. No-one had turned up by 9:45, so we took our bags down to reception ourselves.

My room wasnt ready when i arrived after 2 pm (the free upgraded with amazing sea view). So the receptionist I think named Basel gave me a brouchre for a free meal in the very nice Rosso restaunrant and I think that was very nice of the hotel as I was tired and starving.

My neighbors were laughing so loud late at night. Good for them but messed up my sleep. I couldve called the receiption but was too sleepy.

Location: The location is excellent—close to the beach, the evening promenade, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Hotel: The hotel is very clean and offers everything you need, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The restaurant options are varied, with a buffet at Horizon and à la carte dining at Japanese, American, and Italian restaurants (reservations required). The pizza dough at the Italian restaurant (Rosso) could be improved, but overall, the food was enjoyable. We opted for the half-board package, which was more than sufficient. Breakfast and dinner at Horizon (7:00–11:00 AM and 6:30–10:30 PM) were satisfying, and there was even a special visit from Santa Claus for Christmas eve, ofcourse with gifts for the kids. Staff: In general, we found people in Dubai to be very family-friendly and welcoming, with a rich cultural diversity that adds to the charm of the city. The staff at the hotel were also very attentive and helpful when needed. A special thanks to Amiri for his dedication to his work.

Improvements:     •    Pillows: Maybe pillow choice, were too soft for my wife.     •    Elevators: The wait times can be a bit long, but it’s manageable—you’re on holiday, after all!  •    Pizza dough.

Excellent friendly staff. We spoke alot to Sujin at the pools and he was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed a free room upgrade with stunning views and access to club rotana access. Location to BLA BLA, beach, JBR Walk, The Dubai Ain is excellent walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well as canapes at the club rotana on 25th floor. Drone show visible from sea facing balconys was such a wonderful bonus. We got rooms 2401 and 2406. Views of palm, Blue Water Island, Atlantis etc are excellent. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 10 to 15 min walk to marina. Thousands of activities within 2kms.

Toiletries being only available on request. Bathroom is small and we did not particularly enjoy the bath shower combo in one. Otherwise room is spacious with spectacular views.

Well what can I say, From the moment you arrive outside the hotel the staff take your car to park for you, then open doors take your luggage and you are treated like royalty all the way to check in and taken to your rooms. We had the 3 front sea view rooms and the best views. The staff from outside to lobby (ako with her gorgeous smile) to reception to check in and check out staff and house cleaning and the breakfast and dinner manger( Egyptian gentleman so welcoming) sorry I cant remember names ,also massage and pool and beach access with umbrellas mat and towels and cool bag all exceptional . Had the most amazing massage by indriana (wow) Customer Training at this hotel must be amazing. As I usually stay in a lot of hotels per year and I can only name a few that has been this amazing. Staff politeness and welcome and a clean room are my most important factors in a hotel. Amwaj Rotana jbr you have scored 10/10 and above. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There is absolutely nothing not to like.. only the lifts take a little time to come and go from floors. Apart from that its perfect.

Customer service in the hotel was amazing. All staff from concierge to front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping staff they were all amazing!! Naveed from housekeeping was brilliant always asked if we were happy or if we needed anything. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was also excellent plenty to choose from and lots of options. Location is also brilliant right next to the beach and shops and also a short walk to the tram station. Overall I would say this hotel is exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything was outstanding, very clean , delicious breakfast and outstanding view from the room. The staff were very helpful and always there for you.

The hotel didn’t have private beach area like Sheraton next door. The Beach is public which sometimes was very crowded.
