The experience was one we will never forget. The most beautiful private cabana overlooking the desert. Watching the stars from our warm private pool at night. The exceptional staff that went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The morning drive in the desert and the evening camel ride to a beautiful location to watch the sunset with a glass of Champaign. Dining on the most delicious food served on our private balcony with a few friendly gazelles nearby. It was truly magical.

Everything was specular but if there was one thing it would be to offer alternative times for the morning activities.

We absolutely loved the experience of staying here. The service is absolutely first class. The accommodation is luxurious, the views beautiful and the ambience restful, peaceful and a true oasis away from the city. The food is plentiful and every meal we had was delicious with lots to choose from. The outside dining experience is wonderful. There are a few activities included and we would totally recommend the Sunset Camel Ride and Falconry.

The only thing for us on this particular trip was there was a tiny bit of maintenance going on in the main pool area - but this did not make any difference to us as the private pool for our suite was so gorgeous we would not have left it anyway!

They should limit the traffic in and out cause its a resort ,,, or change the route of cars where we don't see all the flash light at evening and day time car movements

so so much cars traveling i did not feel the serenity many cars and people ,,,, when they have events they should not accommodate us cause we were looking for the peace of mind and having this expectations even staff was not relaxed they were in stress for the event it did not feel as pleasant as my expectations

I have stayed in UAe 26 years, and have had the pleasure and privilege of staying in your hotel a couple of tiimes before, i also treated the wifes parents to a stay also. Due to being impressed previously on all occassions with the setting, the staff professionalism, freindly helpful demeanour and attitude, basically the whole experience. On this occasion i treated my daughter and boyfriend who were on vacation from UK. Both of these guys expressed their collective satisfaction, on the setting, activities, facilities, service, attention to detail, with the staff helpful attitude being high on their enjoyment list. Guys most of my family have been lucky enough in life to have visited and stayed in many places over the years. And although many factors make up an overall pleasant experience. Its our view that without having genuinely nice, professional human beings being part of the memory. Many other positive elements could be negated. We are happy to report since you asked. That every aspect of their expectation was met. So thankyou to all the individuals who set this high standard.

This is probably more a faiiling on my personal Internet computer skills. As opposed to something the Hotel failed on. But i would add some additional written web page points. Thats its important to state and inform the Hotel what actual activities you wish to engage on, before you arrrive. Example this would ensure you set a Camel ride place, if customer numbers are high. As i say possibly more my web detail failing, than the hotel.

Private pool, tranquility , beautiful views, attentive staff, good food

Activities are very early even in winter so it is hard to get up unless you go really early to bed the previous night. Price is very steep for what it is , especially as it needs a bit of modernisation round certain areas of the suite (I fully understand Bedouin style but it needs a tiny little bit of maintenance I.e. some tiles in the pool)

The relaxing and boutique vibe is just excellent everywhere. Service is outstanding. Food in general is very good. A free bottle of prosecco in the room was a nice touch. The plunge pool is climate controlled now which is a great improvement. The sound and sight of birds make this place delightful. Gazelle and Oryx roaming around never fails to amaze. The chilled Arab ambiance everywhere, including soft Arabic music in the dining room is very well done.

I would say the bed's mattress although very luxurious, for me personally is a bit too soft. The only thing I really felt wasn't up to standards was the quality of the western breads and pastries. They did not feel very fresh, croissants were heavy, bread hard. In a place like this, for the price one pays, I would expect great bread and pastries. The alcohol is over priced, especially considering recent changes in the local tax law.

Breakfast and lunch very good. Fine dining in the evening poor. The facilities are amazing and the sundowners experience by either car or camel is a must do. The falcon experience is brilliant as well

Fine dining in the evening poor - choice is less than lunchtime and the chefs choice very poor. THe arabic mezze is straight off the plane - same style and taste - do not order this. THe risotto is the worst I have ever had.

Everything. I have never stayed in a resort that was so in tune with guest needs and providing exceptional service in all aspects of their work. I would recommend anyone to stay, as we fully intend to return one day. Our room was magnificent, the food was delicious, the spa was amazing, and the activities were so much fun.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Anyone and everyone should visit.

it’s authentic look. the suites were different than we are normally used to in modern hotels which added to the experience. Being inside a conservation reserve and being in close proximity to animals makes it even more unforgettable. Furthermore, the staff were extremely hospitable and attentive to our needs. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay and they made it so memorable for me. Roshan, in particular, was great and made sure all my needs were met.

the resort is fully integrated with the stay it offers, i.e. an instance immersed in the desert of the Middle East. Great activities and great food . Very kind and welcoming staff

They should certainly improve the overall maintenance of the facility.
