I liked that the hotel has a holiday atmosphere to it. I loved the professional staff being always helpful when we needed it. They are not just working machines but they love their job and have fun doing it. It made us feel like they were our friends which we highly appreciate. The room was cleaned daily. We got water whenever needed. Opposite of Andaz is a Nakheel shopping centre where you don't need to take a taxi but have a nice walk. Also grocery store was right behind the hotel close to the swimming pool. The pool was lovely with refreshing cool water. Life guards were at each end of it so you don't have to worry about your kids or yourself. The sea was just by the pool with always free sunbeds. The rooms at the hotel were huge it was just amazing. I would definitely come back. Had the best memories here. Thank you Andaz hotel and Andaz staff.

The main pool on the beach usually has a kid that will do a poo in the pool because there are no signs for people to put a nappy on their young children. The pool then gets shut down for the whole day, the hotel needs to put up rules for those parents. This happened more than once during our stay. Those people ruin it for everyone else. Shame on them.

Lovely location on the beach. All the staff were very friendly. The room staff were always available and did a fabulous job. The hotels not too big but has a nice restaurant by the beach and an adult only pool on the top floor.

The only downside for us was nothing to do with the hotel. It was only the road outside has got so busy now and you have to walk a fair way to cross the road to the Mall which is conveniently across the road but not as easy to get to.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From arrival everything went very smoothly. The Breakfast is absolutely incredible, and far exceeds other hotels in the neighbourhood. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. All the facilities are superb. 100% recommend!

It was a perfect match for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. From the very moment of arrival and till departure the staff were so welcoming, friendly, supportive people. When we needed medical help for our daughter (nothing serious), the hotel personnel organised a quick doctor visit right to our room. Following that, we received a gift and a card with kind words of support. Food was never boring, it was delicious and healthy. The beach was perfect for kids to enjoy freely, since it’s a private beach. I can with pleasure recommend this hotel to couples, families or for business trips. Thank you

The pool area and the beach is amazing, as well as the food. There is such a wide variety of very tasty food, starters, main course (e.local, Asian etc) fresh fruit and veggies, desserts etc. The staff is super kind and helpful. Special thanks to Rony and Ambed who always advised my Mum on the gluten and dairy free options, and kindly prepared amazing and tasty gluten-free breakfast options for her.

The hotel looks beautiful. Rooms are nice and clean. With the halfboard you can choose between a la carte lunch and dinner buffet. The lunch was very good, one of the best I have had included in a half board package. The location is good, on the palm but not too faraway from attractions. The monorail station is right across the street. The adults pool located on a terrace is also very nice with comfy sunbeds. The pool area (only adults) is very well kept and the service is amazing. The Japanese restaurant has good food and a nice view.

The beach facilities are terrible. Broken and dirty sunbeds and umbrellas. Def. not a five star beach. The area is shared with the residence and looks run down. My suggestion would be to build a separate area for hotel guests with better facilities and services (bar service). The internet connection is spotty.

All of the Andaz workers were really helpful and friendly, starting from the transfer request and till the end of our stay. Hotel welcomes you with lots of complimentary gifts, branded toy for a kid, fruits, candies. Room upgrade came for free, also we had surprisingly 4 hours later check out without any extended pay! it's just how they react for any need. You need an electric adapter for outlet (because European doesn't work here) - in a minute it's right here. You need to bring some food from breakfast to your room because kid is there, ok, no problem, we'll do. Food is VERY delicious and the choice its just enough, everything on the breakfast and dinner made with such aesthetic, details are very thought trough here. Eastern dishes go together with European, just approx 5 of each but it's much easier to choose rather than you have huge meal line. Pool is pretty big and lots of sun chairs are on the sea beach, also there is a rooftop pool with a pretty bar. Also I liked a lot the shop with local crafts and designs near restaurant. Hotel is located right in front of Nakhil Mall, with good restaurants and shops + city view panorama on top. very convenient. Bonus: they have coffee foam printer at the bar and do the letters to pic on your cappuccino as a little surprise!)

These are only teeny-tiny pieces of comfort: // there was no teeth kit, cotton pads or sewing kit in the room (probably they bring it by request, I had my own, just noticed it) // toilet door blocks the sink in the bath when it's open - interior thing // sometimes hot water in the shower doesn't want to be changed )) just can't come cold, something with a system // beach towels spot where you get your towel should be located closer to the pool (in my opinion) // crossroad to the mall works not so good, but it isnt the fault of hotel particularly

Reception staff and front of house excellent, very friendly. Housekeeping, also excellent. Excellent location to get around Dubai. Beautiful hotel and we very much enjoyed are stay in Dubai

The service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Very slow. On many occasions during our stay we sat for ages trying to get someone's attention to order drinks. One time we entered the restaurant and sat for 10 minutes then left without ordering a drink. They were too busy wiping down tables than noticing customers and serving, bearing in mind the place was empty!! Also do not provide decaf tea for the room, asked in reception too :(

Loved the breakfast, such a great choice. The pools and location was excellent. Our room was private, clean and we loved the bath and shower. The room was lovely, the bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were really polite and helpful, easily approachable and happy.

The TV channels were poor and we generally struggled to get enough milk for tea and coffee. Small things but really important to us. The outdoor pool was far from the hotel and we got confused with the Tiara residence nextdoor as there were shared facilities.
