Our bathroom ceiling was damaged and there was water leakage , which took them 2 days to fix it. no direct access to the beach however there was shuttle services. no balcony small lobby

Very nice structure and good services. Breakfast service in-room was superb.

Although the room was supposed to be soundproof, we could hear the tv or radio of the room next to us all night long!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the attention to all the little details, such as the lovely toiletries, turn-down service, daily cleaning & replenishing water & towels etc. The gym was phenomenal - it was stocked with diverse and modern equipment and a great view. The breakfast buffet selection was huge and everything was absolutely delicious - honestly one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever seen. Room service was also excellent. We cannot rave enough about every staff member we encountered - not only were they attentive and exceptionally good at their respective jobs, but they were also genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Also we loved the location in Palm Jumeriah. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again- it actually lives up to its 5-star status!

The staff at the reception Sami was super friendly and helpful. He also went the extra mile and sent treats for my daughter wishing her a happy birthday!

It was not clear that the beach facilities were not at the hotel but a 8 minute drive. It was also not clear that its above 18 admission rule so the hotel is not family oriented.

The hotel doesn't have a beach but has an agreement with the Kyma private beach club (sea access and swimming pool) which is a 15 min walk or a free shuttle from the hotel every hour.

Hotel is new, and all rooms look modern and luxury orientated. Beautiful view from the breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff. Free valet parking. Best part of this hotel building is the roof top AURA infiniti pool. Looks unbelievable gorgeous, and will sure give you a jaw-dropping experience. Too bad is not part of the actual St Regis hotel.

My main reason for booking the hotel was that I mistakenly thought the entrance to the rooftop 360 Aura infiniti pool , located at the 50th floor, is allowed only to hotel guests. Not only outsiders can come as well, but it is managed by a different company, and a separate fee of 170 AED must be paid.

the location is good the stuffs are amazing specially Valentina from the front desk. just be aware that guests less than 21 years old are not allowed to go to the beach

This hotel is incredible. The lobby bar is beautiful with amazing staff, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud, facilities and location is perfect! A brand new shopping centre you can walk through from the lobby and beach club!

The hotel is new and the staff was extremely helpful, I had a very smooth check-in and they gave me a stunning room with a fabulous view of the Palm Jumeirah. The room was so comfortable with great quality amenities. In the morning the front office manager Magid was extremely welcoming and was curious about how was my stay. I had a drink by the pool and there the team there was very nice and the drinks were delicious. `i also had lunch at the main restaurant with a delicious food selection.
