The BEST hotel ever! Prime location in Dubai on the beachfront and the views from the hotel are amazing. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service was amazing, every single member of staff is friendly, kind and attentive and made our stay even better. I would recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Usman who works round the pool made our stay enjoyable and provided exceptional service, I wish I could name and credit every single staff member at this hotel as they are truly amazing. I will definitely return. This will be the only place I stay in Dubai from now on!

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the connecting rooms have a door in between that allows for EVERYTHING to be heard. we had the room next to us having a massive argument early morning which really disturbed our peace. when I mentioned this to the check-out staff they simply asked me to leave the complaint on booking.com… what type of customer service is this?

Everything about this hotel was fantastic , I wish I could have stayed longer , the staff are amazing and super helpful , the room was fantastic , the location was fantastic, the only downside was the music but that’s easily fixed , GREAT HOTEL , VERY MUCH RECCOMENDED

The music during daytime and night time needed to be updated to more of the latest charts , daytime and night time music was too commercial for me

Great location on West Beach, lots of bars and restaurants but family friendly. We traveled with a 1 year old and it was great. Rooms are sound proofed so it’s quiet at night. Great price for Dubai on the palm. We paid extra for the corner room with the view I would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful Hotel was very clean

Breakfast could be better but there are lots of great places to walk to for breakfast

great location, right on the beach! 2 different pools and access to the beach. We were also upgraded and the views were beautiful!

Its definitely a party hotel, which we loved and the reason we booked it but just be aware!

The hotel was just open a few days prior to checking in and whilst there were some teething issues, the staff, ambience and location of the hotel was amazing. Pool area was superb with Usman as being one of the hosts being very helpful. Once the rooftop area is open, the hotel would be a hot spot. The planned F&Bs to be opened will be an interesting venues.

Not enough water bottles in the room and probably a signage showing access of the hotel from the main Palm Jumeriah road/side road.

The hotel was perfect. Great location on West Beach. Lovely pool and beach access. Rooms were spotless. Nice size. We'd a lovely corner room with glass windows all around and a lovely big balcony. Air con worked well. We never used the gym but went to see it. It was small and mostly just had running machines and a few weight things. Nothing too exciting. I did however use the salon to get my nails done and they were very professional and nice. Breakfast was decent... it had basically everything you'd want. You could pick your choice of eggs then all continental options. Lovely fruit and nice pastries. Only thing lacking was granola and honey. Cocktails at the pool were nice but pretty pricey. Only got them during happy hour which was 5-8pm and they were much more reasonable then. Lovely long walking path just out the back of the hotel leading to the beach. Nice for walking on and lots of bars and restaurants along this stretch. There was a good big mall just across the road. It had everything so was very convenient. Staff were nice and friendly. We arrived super early and were able to drop our bags then we got in to our room early which was amazing. Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day. Lots of towels also! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to come back in the future.

The pool was very shallow the whole way around and there were a lot of kids in the pool area which wasn't very relaxing but didn't bother me too much. Music played quite loudly at night in the bars/restaurants in the hotel. Wasn't a massive issue for us but if you were a light sleeper then maybe it would have been. The coffee was terrible. This could definitely have been better. The air con cut off itself during the night somehow but we were always able to get it back on. It was awkward enough to work.

My husband and I loved the hotel facilities and location, it is such a great location. We had a room with a sea view and could also see parts of the city. We were able to easily walk to the beach. I am not sure if it was because of the time frame we went (Dec. 16-20), but there were always pool and beach chairs/beds available, and we had no issues finding space. The pool was amazing as well. There was a DJ on Saturday that played loud music, but it did not bother me (for full transparency though, I can sleep through fireworks). My husband thought the volume could have been one notch lower when he was trying to nap. The music was at a low volume on other days or none at all. We did, in fact, enjoy the vibe at this hotel. They had a really nice setup by the poolside and a huge screen to watch the World Cup game and it was fun and lively though my team lost. Finally, the staff was amazing even before we arrived at the hotel. We were coming from New York City and missed our connecting flight so we had to change our check in date twice, Tino was very helpful with this. Nehad at the front desk was also really amazing. There was another guy that I thought his customer service was excellent but can’t recall his name. Great customer service overall! This is a great place to stay and would stay here again if ever in Dubai.

My husband and I thoroughly liked everything about the hotel. Our only suggestion is that since they don’t have irons / ironing boards to iron clothes in the rooms, the ironing service should be faster - expedited ironing was more than a 2 hours wait time. Also, the breakfast could have more options. I think if the breakfast options could be upgraded, this hotel would be perfect.

I prolongated my stay as I fell in love with this hotel. It’s so new, clean, fresh, well-designed. I had a fantastic view from the balcony! The room was veeeery comfortable. Staff was helpful. Good price for the Palm location. It’s a pity I had to leave this lovely hotel!!

On a beach: - no shower - no chance to clean the feet, people do it in a fountain nearby - no changing rooms - not enough sun beds, I had to go to the paid beach clubs (picture is attached of one of it) Expensive food (as everywhere on a Palm, may be my mistake that I was expecting less price) Quite simple breakfast
