Fancy hotel with well trained staff who are attentive to the guests’ needs. The check-in experience was very pleasant as the manager came in person to greet us and even gave us a room upgrade. The rooms are comfortable, well designed and clean. The food by the pool’s snack and at the restaurant was tasty. I also liked that they would constantly provide us with bottles of water, even though we were not on an all-inclusive basis. We didn’t have to buy water during our stay.

The temperature of the adult pool was a bit too cold; I have been to hotels where the best pools have the ambient temperature. Also, we could not order food and put it on the room. We were told that a deposit needs to be placed first at the reception, which I found odd for a hotel of this caliber.

Comfortable beds and spacious room. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean. Good variety of dining options.

We went for half board for two nights but were shocked at the price of a bottle of water. It was 76aed for water for two people. I expect to pay extra for wine or coffees but not that price for water!! The noise level of music on the beach. Even early morning the other venues were playing loud music and it ruined the beach atmosphere. I would suggest that they play something a bit softer at that hour of the morning!

I couldn't recommend the Willow Steam Spa more. A must do for anyone going to Fairmont. The breakfast is worth paying for and you won't be hungry for the day! Excellent standard of food and wide selection. Our beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the palm from our Sea view room were amazing.

Initially our room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly which we pointed out to reception. This was swiftly rectified. There was a funny smell in the bathroom but this I put down to cleaning products and general plumbing I'm Dubai as it was the same in another hotel we stayed in days before.

Nice lobby area and hallways to rooms. Nice design of building. Close to beach. Nice staff, esp the reception manager. The Flow restaurant was good but not much food variation over the 6 days we were there.

Furnishings in room a bit dated, drab decoration. Weight scales not working. Tiling in bathroom not very good. Sea Grill Bistro was disappointing. Waited ages for food to come to the table (over a hour) - so we left as had excursion to go to. We were half board so had paid for that lunch - but didn't get it. Prices in the hotel shops were unreasonable.

We loved everything in Fairmont The Palm. Perfect view; clean room and royal service, everything was so great, that we stayed more than we planned😍 Everybody were kind and helpful; smiling. Thanks for everyone who welcomed us. Fairmont is real 5 stars, perfect food and the big variety of food, we loved the outside pool soo much and sleeping in cabana😄 we really enjoyed 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 We love the gym and sauna as well. We definitely come back with kids😍😍😍 And one of the perfect things was the access to the hotel facilities after check out, so we could enjoy the lunch at the pool and sun before our flight. It was amazing.

I love everything but only two things that made us confused: the first thing is the pork at the breakfast. We prefer not to eat where kitchen has pork😩🥺. And the second thing is that the rowing machine at the gym is really very old and can make injury: it is not fixing good feet and I think it’s better to buy the new one for those who loves this exercise.🙏🏼😍

The hotel is situated perfectly at the start of the Palm. The boardwalk along the beach just outside the hotel offers great bars and alternative restaurants. There is a shopping mall within a 5/10 minute walk from the hotel which has possibly the best Waitrose supermarket... There are several restaurants within the Mall. We were half board and enjoyed being so as it was our first visit. I think next time we would blend eating in the hotel and out and about. The adult pool area was excellent, nice and quiet and pure relaxation.

Perhaps a European restaurant such as Italian. The main restaurant has a great selection of buffet but a la carte would be good. We didn't enjoy our meal in the Seagrill Bistro. It seemed the produce wasn't as fresh as we had hoped, which was a shame as the setting was perfect. I would say the Fairmont is one of the older hotels along this stretch but has been well maintained and the service from all staff was excellent.
