The hotel was very nice and clean Location is also very nice. Close to Metro and children play area outside. The staff was super nice especially Mr Rumesh at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room service was very quick and I lived there for three weeks and never had any issue with anything. The cleaning was done daily and was up to the mark. Especially Mr. ISURU did a wonderful job in cleaning our room every day. I highly recommend this hotel as it was worth the money we spent.

Stayed only for one night. Booked 1 bedroom apartment, but got upgrade to a premium version. Nice spacious room with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with bathroom and also a separate toilet. Good size shower cabin. No bathtub, but I never use those anyway. Only a few minutes walk away from metro station entrance.

In the short time I stayed found nothing that could be improved.

The staff was so welcoming. In general, the hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job making sure the room was clean. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. Great job to all of you. Keep up the good work.

the staff is wonderful: helpful, nice, great to talk to, and everybody is just charming. the restaurant has a terrace, the front desk is on 24/7. the metro station is at 3-5 minutes walk, 2-3 24 hrs open supermarkets are at 3-4 minutes walk.

the only uncomfortable thing was the air conditioner, which was set on 19-21 degrees, and was quite strong and cold.

Review from Dubai resident. One of the best and underestimated hotels in the whole Al Barsha for the price!!! My secret discovery as I live just nearby and use hotels for staycation. Fantastic new interiors, wonderful staff, super affordable restaurant with a terrace on the ground floor. I’m sure all other facilities are super amazing as well! Can’t wait to extend my booking and go to the gym! 🤍

No hot water (only slightly warm) despite working water heater (the problem might be temporary), no iron or ironing board in a room despite having a proper washing machine... Confused about that. :)

A very good and comfortable apartment hotel. All needs were at the room: a washing machine, microwave oven, gas stove and cutlerys, iron. The room was clean and the service of cleaning was great. I recommend this apartment hotel for a long stay!

Unfortunately the noise from the air conditioning system from the building opposite was terrible. I understand that this is not a hotel problem, but I do not recommend staying in the rooms opposite the Eleganse House (10 Al Fosul Street, Dubai, UAE).

500 dhs damage deposit seems excessive for a room in a hotel.

Very caring and attentive hotel team - all the questions were solving right away🙌🏼 Perfect location - 5 min walk to the metro station. Every room has its own washing machine, iron, clothes and hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, good Wi-Fi. Comfortable like at home. There is also a pool, gym and restaurant - with big choice and big portions :) Housekeeper Renuca was very polite and caring, everyday put fresh water, coffee, cosmetics, washing powder, fresh towels and bathrobes. Very attentive supervisor put extra chairs and table to the balcony. Each of the receptionist were very positive and caring too, thank you for your hospitality!♥️🙏🏼
