The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were well equipped for our stay. Buffet breakfast had everything from fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, meats, breads etcetera

While the rooms/apartments were spacious and well equipped and clean they were a little dated and old fashioned. They did however serve their purpose

The spa service with Laura, the Moroccan bath and excellent service from Alex - apparently he is the manager. Lobby and front desk experiences with Tharindu, Preeti, Youn, all front desk stall members. Concierge manager and workers at that desk were helpful. They helped with taxi service, express store delivery and transportation to the airport. Finally, the breakfast menu was an excellent international experience and I was able to maintain my plant-based diet. Bianca and Safinah and all the employees in the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner were helpful and attentive.

Best value for the money Services & Location & all what you need always available Lots of markets, restaurants of different cuisines nearby. Also, the metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk Staff was exceptional.! Swift and prompt. The front office team was AMAZING!! very quick, immediate response at any time to any request. Housekeeping people also were very fast to cater to my needs. However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay at the NYE season, but the responses and management were over my expectations. This hotel never lets me down. Every time, I am amazed at how they maintain their excellent level of customer service and professionalism

Nothing... Everything was ok But, I wish in the future little renovations to maintain that level of excellence and improve the client's experience Also, if possible to upgrade the TVs somehow so we can watch our streaming platforms like Netflix, etc

The hotel is situated in Barsha heights, and is quite convenient for visiting the attractions on the palm or Dubai marina. The metro station is a short walk and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars in the locale. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and the restaurant is particularly good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had no complaints about the room.

Nothing really, only comment would be the room had an entranceway with a table and two chairs which I couldn't envisage anyone ever using. Apart from that anomaly, stay was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there are many shops and supermarkets nearby that are open 24 hours.  All the staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Preeti at reception, Noor from room service and really  thanks to everyone (I don't know all the names).  The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai.

Good position, close to metro (6-8min), near to restaurants & supermarkets. Swimming pool clean and quiet positions with sun beds available, gym small but enough equipped for a short stay. Breakfast with good diversity with a man cook who prepared for us ( fried eggs, omelet, pancakes) some deserts but not so big variety and same each day. Cleaning services each day and very careful personal. Smiling and good will. Inside the hotel close to reception is a desk with dedicated person who can give you information on what you can visit and from them you can book and pay what you want.

On the balcony you don't have a table and seats, lights in rooms are very poor and weak. The hotel is quite old and has old furniture (some are ok, some need to be replaced). The bathroom was okay but the water pressure of the head shower was weak , the door & some wood was cracked by water and usage. Like I've read in the comments before the rooms are connected with one door but was secured, the problem is that you hear the noise from other neighbors. The coffee at the breakfast was not so good, light and not so tasty.

The location of the property is good because it’s near to the metro. Also the appearance of the exterior of the hotel looks modern along with the lobby & the pranzo restaurant on the ground floor. I also appreciate that in the room there was a double door system in the front entry part of the room therefore when you close both doors at night it’s perfectly quiet so you can sleep in peace without any noise from the hallway. The hotel also has a gym, a gaming area and the pool. Although those amenity areas have a quite dated appearance but I still enjoyed playing ping pong in the gaming area and working out in the gym. The staff while checking in and out were also friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. Great value for money hotel.

The moment you leave the lobby area to go up to your room you can tell the appearance is the polar opposite to the lobby area. The rooms are clearly very dated. Also while entering my room I wanted to turn on the ac and it wasn’t even turning on. As it is when you check in you just want to relax but I had to call the maintenance team to fix it. They told me at first it could take 2 hours to fix but then when I showed annoyance they went down to 1 hour… Also the gym and gaming area is also quite old looking. It seems they only cared to make the entrance of the hotel good looking and they neglected the rest.
