We loved everything about our stay. Location is great. It is a green walkable neighborhood, not overcrowded yet live - with great cafés, restaurants and groceries. You can easily cross the busy road by air-bridge and arrive at the tall-buildings area or have a walk to the beach on the other side. We highly recommend the grocery store Zoom that is located in the next building. Metro is two-steps away, that is wonderful as you can easily have this kind of this experience too. People/Staff are very friendly and helpful 24/7. Whenever we needed something, we got it asap or as agreed. Restaurant Charlie Lane/Breakfast is perfect to our liking - every day some new dishes were added/substituted, everything was very tasty, and the Team were always friendly and quick though they work really long hours. Our experience in the café/restaurant was perfect, too. The 24/7 self-service tea/coffee bar was a good addition. Cleaning service was daily, including weekends. The guys did a great job - whenever we came back home, it was neat and tidy with new water bottles added as well as tea, etc. Rooms are spacious, ones that have sea view get less sun and the ones overlooking the busy road are more bright, yet there's the busy road sounds too. We booked several rooms for our big family reunion and loved all kinds of rooms :) Views are nice as well. You get bottled water every day during your stay. Amenities like sauna, fitness and heated pool - we enjoyed them a lot, yet it would be good to have the swimming ones to be open longer, they are closing at 8 pm. The community hall downstairs is well organized to be a place for chilling out at a cozy place. Social Wednesdays is an event where you can have some tasty food and relax in a good company or alone listening to a pleasant music. Fun experience. Activities for kids are provided too. All in all, all of us had a fantastic stay here and loved the hotel and the city, will come back for sure!

Since it is a place where people can live for years, some furniture and appliances at some rooms are in used condition, not a problem for us, yet you might like to check in advance if it can be an issue for you.

The caliber and friendliness of all the staff, from front office (receptionists) the pool staff (life savers) the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff (specifically breakfast attendants) as well as the cleanliness and size of the rooms (very spacious and convenient)

Location, 4 minutes walk to metro, Very convenient. Suites were cleaned everyday by very polite staff and all supplies replenished. Very well done. Breakfast robust (you can order your own omelettes too). I also liked the smell of the hotel generally. Staff arranged fireworks viewing from the terrace on the 6th floor on New year's eve, we watched all 3 locations of fireworks except the Burj Khalifa one. That's exceptional! I got checked in early at 11am instead of 3pm. That was very kind. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast menu was a bit repetitive. The Business suites are rather small but ok for 1 person (Afterall, it'sa business suite). It has great views including of the Burj Al Arab though.

I would like to say that the stay at the Staybridge was amazing! The suite where we lived was well-decorated and functional, making it suitable for potential long-term stay. The breakfast was great, with great variety of vegetables and pastry. Location of the hotel worked well for us, since it’s close to the metro station. Rayya Spa and the gym were also great, and they definitely added a lot of value for our stay. One important feature of Staybridge is the Social nights that happen every Wednesday. They gave us an opportunity to meet people who stay in Dubai in a comfortable setting. These details show that the hotel cares about their guests, well appreciated. I would ljke to especially thank - Mukul and Smarika from housekeeping team, - Puput, Ei, Prabhan and Abdalla from housekeeping team, - Lawrence from Charlie Lane restaurant - and, of course, Eleanor for their great work! Perfect hotel, Perfect services. Thanks to the whole staff for making you feel special: moormur at the front desk ( always forgetting his name, sorry) and the fabulous Alex who assist us so well on our departure. Thanks for all. We will come back.

The service makes the biggest difference for this hotel - my stay here was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable, unfortunately during the time I was there I was unwell and the staff made the stay there worth it. The experience overall was very personalised and though I am thankful to everyone a few of the team that's on top of my mind : Reception - Monica, Sanjay, Mukul and Anam - super friendly and would always always greet you with a smile. Also very efficient. They collectively host a Bingo evening/ social every Wednesday that should not be missed while you're there. Breakfast - Our morning would start with Sarita greeting us and we're going to miss that. She is the kindest soul and is super friendly. Housekeeping - Tun and Yin are absolutely spectacular at ensuring our apartment stays crisp and clean. Kamal ( the HoD) is very resourceful and has checked up on my health multiple times ( he's also recommended a physiotherapist that I'm due to see soon) Overall the stay was exceptional and given a chance we'll come back.

Location is good, we had a room on the 21st floor, so we had a nice view. Room was big enough, kitchen was well equipt. From the pool area you can see Burj Al Arab. The water was warm enough. There is a train stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, a wide selection of fruits and vegetables. The staff was friendly and smiling.

We had a city view room, but I didn't expect to have the main road under the windows, so it was a bit noisy day& night. I recommend a sea view room or bring some earplugs. There is a reconstruction going in front of the hotel, so access to the garage was a little bit complicated.

Definitely the best hotel in Dubai! This is the second time my family have stayed here and we are looking forward to returning to Staybridge again! Every corner of the hotel is designed very stylishly and obviously with a lot of love and attention. Both times we chose the One-Bedroom King Suite with Balcony and Sea View. The room is large, cozy and equipped with everything you need, and the view from the balcony is truly amazing! The hotel has everything you need for a good rest: a restaurant with very tasty dishes and good prices (although after the amazing breakfasts we were full for half a day), a SPA, a swimming pool, areas for relaxation and work, located on the first and second floors of the hotel. In the changing rooms near the SPA/pool there is also a steam room and a sauna, which we enjoyed almost every evening. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff. The entire team is true professionals in their field, very polite and attentive people who were always ready to help with any question. Convenient location close to the metro. There are also shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and fast food establishments nearby. Once you visit Staybridge you want to stay there forever. Thank you for making our holiday in Dubai so special!

The connectivity is excellent, and we had no trouble getting around the city. Having driven from Saudi Arabia, I was particularly pleased with the ample and secure covered parking in the basement. **Service and Hospitality:** The service at Staybridge Hotel is impeccable. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. One evening, my wife and I went out, leaving our 10-year-old son in the room. When we couldn't reach him by phone, we called the reception for assistance. The receptionist promptly went to our room, found our son asleep, and reassured us with a call back. Their responsible and caring attitude truly impressed us. **Cleanliness and Room Quality:** The hotel maintains an excellent standard of cleanliness. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, brand-new toaster, and a gorgeous coffee-making machine. The entire staff were extremely nice!! Very kind and friendly and so professional. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, spotless and perfect for a family with kids. The hotel is located right next to a metro station, which is very convenient although we did eventually rent a car.

The hotel is not very children-oriented in terms of facilities. Maybe it’s more of a business hotel or long stay for adults. There are two swimming pools, however the infinity one was closed for renovation, as was the hotel spa. TV has only channels in Arabic. We did manage to connect to the YouTube app but Netflix would have been nice and/or Disney. Boardgames, card games - could also help out families with kids.
