I chose this hotel for its location, as it’s a short work across the bridge to the trade centre.

The staff out front was the thing I did not like. They treat everyone that stays as a new traveller to Dubai, When I asked for a taxi they wanted me to travel in a limousine for 60 Aud when I told them a cab would cost me only 16 AUD they question me and said it was not going to cost me that. It actually cost me 16.50 and I had to go next door to get a taxi every time I needed one. I was last in Dubai in January and have stayed over the city for more than 20 times now.

I liked everything. Breakfast was delicious. The most I liked panoramic view in the morning and a lot of space in the room. Comfortable bed was a good adition for the trip. Good location with business part in the back side at the hotel.

very often inside doors between hotel and business part at the hotel was closed. And I needed more time to go around the building. Sweeming pool was closed very earlier at 7 pm. And due to time I did not have the opportunity to visit it

The room was amazing. The beds and the pillows were of extreme comfort. Rooms were cleaned up twice a day. Really enjoyed the TV in the bath tab. We were in the 33rd floor with an outstanding view. The location was AAA, Next to Metro station and close to city center. The breakfast had a a very good variety covering many different tasting profiles. Really enjoyed the fresh cold smoothies and healthy booster shots. The Gym was really nice and spacious with brand new Technogym equipment. The Byredo collection was a nice touch to the overall experience.

The closet size was small for a family of 3. It is a a pity to have a 45sqm room with such a limited closet space.

Great staff, beautiful and clean family suite with lovely views, beautiful grounds, and several fantastic restaurants. We celebrated my sister's birthday here and we were so happy we chose Conrad Dubai. Special mention to Jane, Sri, Janine, and Iriana at the spa. They set up the spa with balloons to celebrate my sister, and after our treatments, surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and cocktails. I went down to use the steam room and jacuzzi every day, and they were always so nice and friendly. Wildon at the executive suite was very pleasant and warm. It was always a joy to see him and have a little chat. I could go on and on, but look no further, book this hotel! I'm one fussy custome, but I have no complaints about this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, pristinely clean, convenient location , and first class service! Oh yes, Daniel at the front door was also so lovel. He even tolerated many requests for pictures and specific instructions on how to take them :-) Needless to say, we loved our stay at Conrad. Fantastic!!!

If I really had to nitpick, I'd say waiting for the lift to go down could take some time. Coming up, there was always one or 2 lifts open and ready to use, though.

A great hotel with a wonderful breakfast and half-board option. We enjoyed our stay here. It is more of a business hotel located in a commercial area rather than a resort, for that category I would rank it very highly. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious and the spa had good facilities. Everything was great.

Staff could be better trained on what to recommend externally. We later found out there was a beach and dining area nearby that they didn't mention when we asked for suggestions. Not a big problem.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Especially Daniel, who took very good care of me at breakfast and Pren Krishna, who made my evenings in the garden very cozy and pleasant. The garden is a beautiful and relaxing place, especially in the evening. I really enjoyed listening to the waterfall in the pool and looking at all the lights in the trees. The hotel's interior design is beautiful and held in soothing colours. I had a corner room on the 43rd floor with a great view of the city. I went to Dubai for a conference at The World Trade Center. The hotel's location is perfect for that purpose.

The room smelded moldy. If I went to bed after midnight, I could hear music from the night club which was a bit annoying. However, the music was not so loud that it woke me up if I went to bed early, but I am glad that I brought ear plugs.

Loved the Conrad ..the entrance is really grand ..the staff are amazing …housekeeping kept our room spotless. Only downside was the towels need upgrading in the bathrooms ..they were a bit old and grey and the carpets in our room were stained . Food and restaurants amazing 🤩
