I liked the receptionist mr. Waleed he is the best 👌 and i prefer if anyone want to check in do it with him. And the lobby was perfect.

Food smells all over the lobby which i didn't like that. And the room light is not enough bright.

-Hotel location is perfect near metro and other attractions like Dubai mall. - The rooms are really nice and comfy with a big working desk. BTW, the old rooms are much nicer than the newly renovated ones. -staff are well trained, especially this waiter , his name is Alex. -House keeping is very good as well.

The breakfast buffet is the same every day. It's kind of boring, and they don't have plastic cups for to go coffee, which I find weird. -The bar at loppy level is a smoking room, people come only for smoke and they don't order, it's seems they work somewhere near, I had a meeting with friend and we left cause it was crowded and noisy.

After trying several other hotels in Dubia, I finally found the perfect family holiday hotel and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, the atmosphere is impressive, and the location is perfect for a walk around the future of the museum, Dubia Frame, Dubia Garden Glow and more. I want to thank Mre Ahmad (Receptionist), Mr Basho (Duty Manager), Ms Olivia (Reception Team Supervisor), Mr Rajeev, Eat and Meet Restoration’s staff members and especially Mr Zohaib, they have provided a high quantity of customer services during our stay at the H Dubai. The staff always went beyond all times and provided their services with integrity. We travelled from England (09 hours travelling with kids) and arrived early at the hotel, Mr Ahmad made us feel welcome and arranged early check-in at 09:00 am offering us a complimentary upgrade from the executive suite to the diplomatic suite, and constantly helped us during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel has an extremely limited Asian and Arabic cuisine breakfast menu, the management should add more dishes in the breakfast menu. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day if either customer stays for long.

Overall it was a great experience, location ,staff property feel was good, nice n health breakfast, nice upbeat roof top bar and nice restaurants, staff was friendly.

Matters was super uncomfortable, complained then it was replaced with the better one.

My family and I stayed a week in two rooms in the H hotel which I had reserved to pay at the property. I should thank dear Liz in reservation very much for assisting to pay at the hotel. Then I should thank dear Isam and dear Islam who helped and managed to have our favorite rooms. They greeted us with a plate of fruit in the rooms. The rooms were clean, very big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and careful for cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was great and in high quality with very polite and watching crew. Location was near metro station although we never used it. I asked to reserve the tickets for Borj Al Khalifa and they did it for us kindly. The biggest surprise was my Birthday Cake and candy and fruits in both rooms which made us so happy. Thanks to every one. The negative point for us I think was that the hotel didn't have any offering tours to visit Dubai or having tickets of sightseeings like saffarries or waterparks or muesmes. They can manage it for their guests with discounts. But overally everything was great and I appreciate all personells there! Hope to stay there again very soon.

Entrance is marvelous ,rooms generally are spacious and very elegant and innovative in their design ,bathrooms are positioned in the right spot behind tv amenities,with view s almost could be seen on both side (ocean and sheikh ziad road).Nevertheless, This hotel needs better facilities in their spa and swimming pool.it is cold comparing to other hotels ,it doesn’t expose to sun light because of the buildings around the spa.breakfast has little choices to select and its contents does not reflect a high product contents in five star hotel . Metro station is not too far but in the summer it will scorch you out. And last but not least,drinking water is scared in your room so if you used you cant ask more or you have to buy even if you are in the middle of night!!.

when ever i call the front desk for anything they take so much time to get it such as towels and shampoo or even room service.

From the moment of checking in to checking out, the whole trip was made amazing by exceptional welcoming staff. I especially loved the location and the variety of restaurants and bars. I wasn't far from the world trade center where arab health was, I occasionally walked back to the hotel when there was a lot of traffic. So it was good having the hotel at a close distance. The spa was amazing. By far the best hotel spa I've been to! On checking out I couldn't get the ATM to work and the staff were so helpful to come and check on me and to ensure I wasn't stressed. Brilliant service would definitely recommend.
