Location is good, in room facilities are excellent, all day room service helps when you want the room to be done-up at different times of the day

The bathroom shower had water pressure issue, the shower head also appeared to have salt deposits making the water stream think and without force. One thing I really didn't like with this hotel is the lack of flexibility in last day check-out. They made me pay for the half day charges for delayed checkout by 3 hours.

location is great, just few minutes walk to the Metro. nice clean room

our offer included the club access and we have been informed only at check in that this means that our breakfast was included but only in the club lounge. The club lounge had a very limited choice in comparison with the main buffet restaurant where all other guests can access for breakfast. this "limitation" was not mentioned anywhere, more over we tried many club lounges in different hotels and they always allow club guests to access also the main buffet ( when breakfast is included)

In few words, it's the lovely teamwork and love between the staff members .This is what makes the big difference. Starting from the lovely trainees: Miss Chelsea in the reception area, Miss Hana on the 6th level restaurant reception, Miss Nouran on the 31st level executive floor. All of different ethnic backgrounds, but all of superb character and genuine sense of hospitality. This I'm sure comes from brilliant managerial efforts and scheduled training. Thank you ALL!

Ther is a funny odour as soon as you come into the lobby. May be the ventilation system can improve in this area. I was invited at the Kempinski (close to Emirate's Mall) and the odour was like coming from heaven all around the hotel.

The elevators it's hard to see the number of the floors.everyones that I met complainaud about that .part of this a wonderful hotel

- Seamless check-in experience - Great rooms in terms of size, amenities, and design - Excellent housekeeping and cleanliness - Close to the metro station and taxis are readily available - Supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants close by - Overall an excellent base for exploring Dubai as it is quite central

- Possibly give more information on the amenities provided by the hotel at check-in, even better provide a printed guide - I sometimes felt the scent in the lobby was a bit overpowering. It smelled great but for people with allergies it could be a bit uncomfortable.

We had connecting rooms, and both rooms were great. They were very clean and modern. The room size was very good with ample storage for clothing. The bath had a shower and tub and both were spotless. They provide a mini fridge and Tea with a kettle and complimentary milk sugar. The Flatscreen TV is better than most hotels. The location is close to the Metro. There are a few shops around the hotel (you have to go inside one of the office blocks, and there is a mini supermarket on the ground floor - its not evident if you are just passing by). The Breakfast was very good, they had lots of variety. They have free on-site parking

The Location is not great if coming by car as this area can get congested. We would have stayed much longer if the pricing was a little cheaper. Granted, the hotel is very nice and clean, but the pricing is way higher than most similar hotels. We had to move out just because of the rates

I have always stayed in the Sheraton on Sheik Zayed since inception it is a good business location and the club lounge is my.perfect business center. An ideal hotel.for the business traveller

I have no remark on anything that could make the hotel a better option bit I think the facility needs constant maintenance my room had a couple of defective electricity sockets points

Room, location

The water adjustment for hot/cold water was not working probably even the cold one give hot water. No enough taxis outside. Front desk should be more knowledgeable of the way to deliver the information ( we were disappointed sometime.
