We really enjoyed the pool and the party vibe, but also that you could relax. The staff were all really nice and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10! The room as well was so comfy and had everything you need.

We didn’t like that we couldn’t bring our own snacks on to the island and the restaurant prices were quite high. Also, the organisation of ordering a taxi for when you depart the island wasn’t great.

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The location and the facilities were nice, as it's a new place may find more facilities added during the days to come. Overall, it was a nice outing.

Require to have more water sports. Also, the guard on the day we went was not interested. He should be more friendly which we did not find he was. Also, even though you had more staff during the breakfast, the requirements were not met on time, either the ordered stuff was not delivered or delivered late. Suggest having more varieties for breakfast.

Great experience while it is affordable. Had a wonderful weekend with friends. Food was ahhhmazing (kudos to the chef/s) and thanking all the lovely staff who assisted us all throughout the stay. Music DJs has brilliant set of playlists so two thumbs up :D

Our room was next to the pool.. music was really good until waking up in morning with the annoying Arabic music that one of the guest is playing. As if we are in mosque or burial. even trying to crowd out the DJs ongoing music. If I may suggest, not to let the guests play their own music in the pool since we already have great DJ music playing...

The Location, the pool, the ambiance, the feel of the place. Its a very different experience to what we are accustomed to in UAE. the place is magical and has the potential to become one of the best destinations for a staycation in UAE

I have been to multiple places with breakfast, we understand there are set timings for breakfast, but once a customer is inside the restaurant you allow them to finish. This might be inexperience of the staff but the breakfast was not a pleasant experience at all. the place was not FULL, as it has not officially opened fully yet, but the staff took nearly 30 minutes to deliver the order for eggs or even coffee. the breakfast time was till 10:30 but after 10:00 they stop refilling the buffet tables, whatever is finished they dont fill the trays again. Infact even before 10:30 they start picking up things from serving tables even if they are full or half empty, this is the only one issue we saw at the place

I loved how clean and nice it is. It’s an experience to go by the boat and sleep in the island. It was me and my bestfriend and it was such a nice getaway. all in all it was super relaxing and we had a quality time together!

Since they did not do the grand opening yet, there werent a lot of people even though we went on a holiday. It’s definitely a “party” island since there’s music until 3 am and the bar closes at 6 am. But there weren’t any people for it to be a party.

Then luxury feel of going to an island via yacht and they have good hotel room amenities.

They don’t have any other facilities like gym or indoor entertainment in case of emergencies like having storm during our stay. Food and drinks are too expensive and buffet is only during weekends.

The location is nice, beach is clean and very private. Croud is mainly by the pool so you can enjoy it. Food variety is good Salmon for breakfast was a great treat. Rooms are specials. We had a view on the back side. Asked about that specifically

We knew it's about the hotel even though we are not drinking. We got our own vibes. Music do not stop till 4:00 a.m. so make sure you are equipped with the air plugs. Otherwise you would not be able to sleep if you are looking for a bit of rest in the end of the day. Otherwise you can jump in the pool and listen to the DJ up to you for a.m.

i have only one complain and i dont like which is the guy in the bar named AHMED me and my friends we order only 1 drink because some of them they dont want to drink suddenly they decided to drink as well so we order another drinks but i will pay later but this Ahmed think that we will not pay which is bad service he tlak to us not in a nice way...

the exclusivity and that it’s adults only, clean and new

we understand that the hotel is on a soft opening but they are really short staffed in many areas which makes the service slow. we got the all inclusive package and we were told that we can order food and drinks from room service however they do not have that option. we called and they said we will send you the menu to the room and no one came, then we asked the reception and restaurant to send it to us and yet no response and even when you call them there’s no answer. if it doesn’t exist don’t tell us that it’s there or included so we know what to expect.
