Location is amazing

Privet pool isn’t completely private for beach villas

The staff was great, the food was great, private villa with pool was great, facilities was mostly great, view is nice and unique, not many guests on the island for it's size so you can spread out and relax, good wifi

Why you charge hotel guests separately for the boat ride? Boat ride to the island should be included in room price. The facilities was kind of a mixed bag. The island is clearly still being developed so depending where you are on the island there might be noise from generators or bad smell in the air. Luckily our room was away from this so it did not impact us but you clearly notice it on the way to the room. Most of the facilities are nice and as you would expect though and the room was very nice. It's an artificial island so the sand is not as smooth as you would expect, water was very clear and clean though. There are only two major restaurants for dinner (one Indian and one Greek), the food especially in the Indian one was great.

In general everything was excellent

The AC system is really not helping the villa to get cold, I couldn’t sleep since it was really hot inside the villa

I love Anantara resorts because you are guaranteed exceptional services and facilities. We enjoyed the small pool in the villa and felt the beach was almost private for us. The food at the restaurants was delicious and everyone working there was super friendly.

The logistics to go and return is why I didn’t give this resort a 10 out of 10. You don’t receive clear guidelines on what you should do and because of the waiting for the luggage, the trip to and from lasted 90 mins each way.

The check-in process was easy. The room was clean, huge, and looked new. The location was good. The staff were welcoming and nice. The food quality exceeded expectations. The welcoming cake was fresh and tasty. Upon return, the luggage and cars were ready with the AC cooling, which was appreciated. Overall experience was positive, and the reviewer would return.

The spa was disappointing, not up to high standards, and felt overpriced. Bathrooms and locker areas were not clean. Delays during the boat ride back due to a large family, causing a late arrival without any apologies. Suggestion for large families (over 10 people) to have a separate boat to avoid delays for others. Unprofessional conduct from staff fighting in front of guests on the boat, which disrupted a peaceful departure from the island.

perfect location, nice view.. quite and relaxing

1. the transfer by bout wasn’t good experience.. its a small bout with only few seats outside. the inside seats are very hot because their is no AC. 2. I suppose to have someone talk to me via WhatsApp to support us during our stay but this never happened. 3. there is a door from the pool directly to the toilet it was looked and I have to call 3 times till someone come to unlock it. other than this its a great please

The villa that we stayed in was amazing but even more so the friendliness of the staff was beyond expectations. I was assigned a personal host, Aziza, who helped book restaurant reservations, spa appointments and any buggy transportation to get us around the island - she really made the stay special. Swe, who was working at the front desk, created some lovely sand art on the steps of our villa wishing my wife a happy birthday. Joseph was our buggy driver and helped us get around. All in all, every member of staff we encountered was great!

The restaurants could be a bit better

I enjoyed 2 night in the island. They had very helpful and extremely nice staff, especially the one and only Sayyed Altaf (he was a drop from heaven). I booked the joiner ocean view suite and got a free upgrade to accommodate my request. The Island has many facilities (gift shop, salon, Greek restaurant, Indian/Arabic restaurant, a lounge, pool, water sports, kids area, swing on the edge of the sea, and tennis court. I tried the Greek restaurant and enjoyed iced tea watching the sunset in the Indian/Arabic restaurant. I also tried hoverboard 👍🏼 with Mohammed. The atmosphere was phenomenal, clean and organized. The place is good for couples and families. I would definitely do it again to escape the stress of work and life.

Toilets did not have door! and Mirrors there were placed for 6ft+ people😜😜😜

Location is great and away from the city

For the price I would have expected all inclusive.
