Beautiful green hotel. Great food.

Order a room with a large king size bed. We got a room with two separate beds. The issue was not resolved at the reception. They said there were no other numbers. Deal with Booking yourself.

The room is a good size. Hotel is huge. To find place in the pool is hard. Sunded on the beach were available,

The breakfast is quite poor in terms of food quality. Coffee is not drinkable. For this money, it should be better. Staff does not allow to swim in the sea after 18:00 which is not great as the air just cools down. Do not pay for a room with a view. there is no view as the hotel has only 3 stores.

A relaxing property with exceptional staff. May, greeted us at check-in at 3 in the morning and we were taken to our two ‘Luxury Room Sea View’ with balcony. These rooms overlook the front of the property the crescent road, which can be a little noisy and the sea, in the far distance you can see Dubai city and the Burj Khalifa. The entire property is well maintained from the highly polished marble floor in the lobby to the living green wall. There’s a Hawaiian theme to the hotel with dark wood panels, stones pillars and large open spaces the effect is topped off with lush grounds around the property and the large central pool between the lobby and the beach. There are plenty of places to eat/drink from the ice and coffee cafe “Oliver’s” up to a silver service steak restaurant “The Porterhouse”. Facilities include a fitness centre, tennis courts, selection of eateries, sports bar, shops, large swimming pool, beach with hundreds of loungers, tour and event tickets, water-sports, luxury car hire and a pharmacy. The staff in the hotel were almost without exception the most attentive, friendly and efficient we have ever come across in any hotel anywhere. Otman, manager of the reception area/staff helped with a problem we had and from that point on personally greeted us and checked everything was to our satisfaction every time he saw us for the rest of our stay. Staff members are located around the lobby area and greeted you upon entry and checked with you that everything was satisfactory and helped with any questions or problems you may have. There is a premier level within the hotel which comes as standard with some levels of room or it can be a paid upgrade. We didn’t take this option as we spent most days visiting family who live in Dubai.

Breakfast was buffet style, although the options are extensive, I didn’t feel a buffet was in keeping with the style of this hotel. The only member of staff that we didn’t find pleasant during our stay was at the breakfast buffet. She was taking us to a table but walked to fast for me to keep up (disabled veteran) she returned to us and curtly asked “do you want a table?”.

gorgeous rooms and facilities, amazing gym, great buffet breakfast. rooms were really clean and comfortable beds.

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, shuffle all the way to the mall of Emirates (very helpful)

Everything and the staff especially Fernando (he led us to our room and gave us a room tour), Rosanne, Rio (who saw us lost and drove us to the pool area that we sought) and Dennis were so accommodating and helped us all the way around the hotel, Dianne and Sherlyn from Olivier’s Cafe were so warmth and friendly while serving our food. We even have a little talk about the history of the hotel. There are some people whose names I don’t know but I would like to say it here, the lifeguard in the pool infront of World Eatery was so attentive. Kudos also to the housekeeper for being fast and generous when I asked for extra Chamomile Tea. The staffs were an asset to the hotel, very nice and accommodating regardless of your race.

Nothing, but it would be perfect if they can provide a cheaper buffet meal.

Good location, private beach + clean swimming pool, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The room lacks light (maybe due to the hotel's Indochinese architecture). Interie/ equipment are old, need to upgrade more. Dinner buffet has little choice.

- Room view was terrible and check in did not support. The deputy manager Mr. aAhmed Soliman offered to change and gave us late check out. - Breakfast is not as before. last time, we had the option to choose among 3 resturant. - Check in was not friendly at all. she did not explain the reason why the options were not the same as my last stay. She did nor recognize tgat i was staying before. She gave me bad room and she did not try to help.

Beautiful resort with great service, lots of restaurants, friendly staff, pools, beach and comfy rooms. The restaurants are open late which is nice if you've been out all day. The drinks and dining packages are a good option because otherwise everything is very pricey. The food, drinks are excellent quality with lots of variety and the restaurant service is superb.

Must take a taxi everywhere which can add up, no shuttle options. Tour desk was helpful and convenient and can organise whatevercyou want, but they favour/ offer premium and more expensive options, so good to do some research first.

The spacious room was very comfortable and the bathroom design was impressive. The breakfast selection was also fantastic.

Opening and closing time of the beach was ridiculous. With pool only a bit better.
