The location is great. The room was very cozy and clean thanks to Bikash, who took care of it during our stay. We were very well treated in the restaurant by the team there (Praba, Abijith, Ali, Pratik, Jennifer, Saima, thank you for your kindness and care). Thanks to Mr. Asaifol we had cards for the metro and we only had to top them up (didn't have to purchase the plastics). The pool in the evening is a must-see! :-)

This is a remark to Booking.com, not to the hotel - please be aware that the Deluxe King room that you offer as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids is not correct- the room has only 1 big bed and the sofa cannot be used as a bed. You should correct your search / filters.

I had issue with the booking price in the app when I agree it was 2079 AED after that the actual charge was 2621 AED so I didn`t accept this price and I send Email to the hotel , the answer was it`s TAXES my question why you don`t mention the total price from the start so I can refuse what is that called ?

Thanks to hotel that give bigger room as suit room Location was great and exactly opposite of Metro station and easy access I didn't use breakfast but but Breakfast location seemed good Just I think price of hotel was not matched with location I received a very good price as mobile price offer and I was very satisfied

Everything was acceptable just bed itself was not comfortable at night (I couldn't have good sleep). No other bad comment

The location is perfect- opposite the Mashreq metro station; from the airport it is possible to get by taxi. The room facilities are very good and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is coffe, tea, water, coffe-maker, and refregerator in the room. There is an amazing swimming pool on the rooftop with a regular temperature control; staff who works in a pool makes sure that cleanleness, the rules and regulations are followed. Staff in the reception is very helpful, kind and polite. Especially, I would like to thank Suife (not quite sure about the spelling of his name-apologies for that)- he was very helpful and offered a free metro card for me to use during my stay. I surely advice to book the Rose Park hotel Al Barsha.

The only thing that is needs to be developed is the quality and variety of the breakfast

The room was big and clean, just close to metro station and a bit far from Mall of Emirates,The staffs behaved good and especially when in breakfast my coffee wasn’t good Pratik changed it and check the quality for other days and I like this customer orientation

I think just the breakfast wasn’t good and they should work on the quality and diversity.

I reached late for my checkin, so I told the staff I am worried the room might not be as good as I expected. The staff member directly upgraded my stay for a sweet for free. The service was amazing. Then unfortunately I has to cancel my last night, could not reschedule on booking but the management helped me and they refunded my ladt night. So good and I recommend this hotel for sure. Also the location is very good with a lot of good restaurant options in Al Barsha

The breakfast is not great, not much variety of food.

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the metro. The Turkish restaurant nearby is great. The personal from the hotel is very considerate, and the Mohamed, the guy who clean the room, is the same

Right opposite the metro, so easy to get about but you can also grab an Uber easily. When we’re in Dubai, we want to be out and about so the hotel just needs to be comfy and clean, which this was. Reasonably priced for Dubai. Not pretentious, in an area with lots of food places and supermarkets. Decent brekkie, they make what you want in terms of omelette etc. Fresh watermelon and watermelon juice was a hit with the kids. Decent pool and sauna. Nice rooms. Nothing to complain about and I would stay here again.

One note, the family rooms are advertised as four (two adults, two kids) but they only give one big bed, we had to request for another bed.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect... I personally think that it's a smart advertisement done by keeping a metro near the hotel... as well as restaurants and other stores for easy access. The staff was also very kind.

I didn't like the reception setup and I wish for separate numbers for different services given in the hotel... I also wish the TV service was better as while I was watching I noticed it was static. I also was dissatisfied with the restaurant as I delivered a chicken salad but was met with a veggie salad... I was later given separate chicken pieces.

I had an amazing one-week stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making my stay feel like a home away from home. Everything about the hotel, from the facilities to the atmosphere, exceeded my expectations.
